We were on the 18th floor and had no major issues with noise--only some sirens passing by one evening, but nothing disruptive. The room was pretty small and tight for the four of us, but it was perfectly fine for sleeping, with comfortable beds that ensured we all got a good night's rest after busy days exploring the city. While the room could use a few modern updates and refreshes, there was nothing significant enough to complain about--it was clean and functional for our needs.
We did encounter a minor hiccup the first couple of nights with housekeeping not providing enough towels and washcloths for all four of us, which was a bit frustrating. However, by the end of the trip, they got it right, and we appreciated that they offer daily housekeeping--a nice touch that's becoming less common these days. The wireless internet worked well and was speedy enough for basic use on our devices, which was great for keeping the kids entertained and planning our days. One standout feature I loved was the in-shower dispensing bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash--not only is this super convenient, but it's also better for the environment by reducing the waste of those tiny plastic bottles. I wish more hotels would adopt this!
The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a good assortment of hot options like little omelets, meats such as bacon or sausage, and make-your-own waffles.
