The staff was very nice. Location was great to walk to the beach or the grocery store. Air conditioned, hot water, good water pressure. No signs of bugs. Could be cleaner but it wasnt terrible. Price was great for location. Would stay again!

LOCATION LOCATION!! This place is in a great location! Close to everything. Park your car and leave it for the entire time!! Yes this place is run down. But I found it to be clean and you get exactly what you pay for.

There was an insane amount of bugs crawling out of holes on the ceiling, floor, everywhere. Little black caterpillars everywhere. The outlet behind the tv in the bedroom is super unsafe, and if you bump into the cord the slightest bit the tv shuts off and ya gotta mess with it to get it back on. The apartment was really small. But it’s right at the beginning of the boardwalk a few steps from the beach, perfect location, and was super cheap. Bathroom was decent.

This is an old property, but it is well maintained. When we entered the room shortly after 4:00 p.m. the floor was still wet, and the room smelled heavily of bleach. It did not dissipate. The beds, which is how I often judge a room, were good, but there was a light directly outside the single window that stayed on all night, lighting the room enough that it was difficult to sleep. Big plus, though, it's only a block off the Boardwalk and the beach. If you're looking for affordable accommodations close to the beach, check out White Marlin.

Don’t stay here!!!

Do not stay here! Room door was very insecure room was filthy, no TV remote, no floor towels, I don’t think the sheets were even washed. Then to top it off, the manager came and verbally aggressively insulted a special needs guest and his parent it was completely disgusting. Her actions as was the whole stay.

The shower was clogged so it filled up quickly. I moved the bed and the floor was utterly disgusting. Bed was comfortable. The room was smaller than I expected. Overall for the cost, I couldn't complain.
