Comfortable enough for purpose😊.

Good location. Downtown within walking distance. Asked for a room pool side ( for less traffic noice) and got it but no view of pool (Not a big deal). Room clean and comfortable enough for purpose…was gone all day, only in room to sleep. Would stay there again.

Good hotel

Only spend one night before leaving. Comfy bed very good size room and big bathroom with janapese toilet. Next to the hard rock cafe and not far from the beach. Couldnt close the curtains completely so annoying in the morning and small balcony with one lonely chair in the corner. Resort fee of 20p night.

Check in was a breeze. Room is spacious and clean. Location is good, walking distance to Target, beach, shops and restaurants. Receptionist is very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Looks beautiful on the outside, great location, but rooms need a major overhaul! Carpets are dirty and not cleaned underneath furniture, housekeeping does a poor job and beach chairs are not cleaned or sterilized between each person using…

Not sound proof, very loud area.

I booked this room because it advertised sound proof rooms, however it was far from sound proof. I had ear plugs in and could still hear the very loud party somewhere in the hotel with screaming and cackling party goers… the party was still going past 5 AM when I left the hotel for my race. I paid online when booking the hotel with fees and all, then showed up only to pay another $29 for “hotel fee” and $35 for off site parking. The room did not have blankets and we had to ask for them at the front desk.

I booked it because it had a kitchen but I wasn’t comfortable cooking in it. That’s just me though. The location is great. I also appreciate them offering free beach chairs and towels.

Great time at Hawaii!

I changed to this hotel because of my original hotel was not clean, not hot water. This place made me feel like I was at a great place, great price, location and the whole experience was Hawaii excellence.

Moldy smell in the room

This is my second time staying here. First time was excellent. This time the room we stayed in smell, very moldy and the sheets were very scratchy to the skin and old my wife was very disappointed. Also, there’s mold in the bathroom.

Disappoinment

Buyer beware of hotels that don’t allow cancellations a month before the stay or at all, as was the case with this place. If you have luggage be aware that there is no help, or even a dedicated parking space in front of the hotel to unload. After making 3 try’s, we were finally able to park 3 business away in front of Tommy Bahama in the loading zone to unload. The parking lot that they make you pay $35 a night for is 2 blocks away. The lobby smells weird, the room we were given was hot and smelled like corn chips with filthy carpeting. The hotel furniture looked like something you would find discarded on the curb. The bedding consisted of 2 flat sheets covering an old blanket. The box spring wasn’t even covered up under the mattress, it was fully exposed There were 4 twin pillows for the king sized bed. And in the morning when we went to shower the bathroom light strobed so it couldn’t even be left on. The soap shelf had black mold on it, and don’t bother trying to work in this room, because the internet is so slow everything just lags. An absolute nightmare with a $20 resort fee they will casually charge you when you arrive and let you know it was because you booked through a 3rd party. The geographical location is in a decent place , but for all the nastiness and inconveniences do yourself a favor and stay across the street at the Marriott Vacation, if you really need to stay at this part of town.
