Staff are wonderful-best feature of hotel. Rooms are cold, devoid of charm or warmth and remodelled on the cheap. Paid extra for breakfast which are given gratis to us Marriott Bonvoy members anyway. No matter the extra $145.00-had to restrict to buffet which consisted of fruit, oatmeal, bread, eggs sausage and potato. Not permitted to order from menu despite payment for breakfast!

In my opinion,this property is safe Family Friendly, beautiful; many amenities, activities ( Jet ski, Yoga and its right on the beach) the Front Desk staff (Arad), just were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and just nice. I had the worst experience here ever. In fact, we left a day early as it wasn't tolerable. The balcony door was jammed; I paid for an ocean view and didn't get one; the bathroom door was broken and permanently open; the refrigerator in our room was warm and worst of all, at 1:00am the fuse in our room blew. That's when we had it!

The new renovations were amazing ! The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The staff were all extremely friendly . The hotel Gm checked in on everyone . The breakfast was delish and lunch salads hit the spot . One morning they took a little bit for our food which wasn’t an issue for us and comp the bill entirely . The pool was amazing absolutely stunning . The ocean was so warm and schools of fish swam around us . We will be back! One of the best hotels
