Would be better if they have more soundproofing

-bad soundproofing, can hear ppl shout and banging doors loudly all the time -in the middle of my stay, some noisy worker doing renovations in the building -rough area, don’t feel safe walking back to the building -a bit annoyed that have to email to the office every day to get a cleaner refresh my room as they only do it once a week -cleaners and office are polite and helpful though -would recommend if you don’t mind hearing noise all the time -room is newly renovated, except after the workers painted the hallway and left horrible chemical smell. -easy and fast to access to the city center using the tube -many restaurants around the area that u can explore

Great service apartment with good staffs!

This is the great location which is close to underground. The apartment is enough for 4 family members. Everything is fine but only the street is quite noisy at night.

Out of my expectation good

I really like staying in this apartment. The highlight will be the accessibility .. it is located at zone 2 but just stations after zone 1 at Piccadilly Line. Direct line from Heathrow to Finsbury Park ( very convientent) . King Cross, Covent Garden, Great British museum is just 15 mins ride ... it also link with Victoria line which meant only 15 mins u can be Victoria station . Poundland can be found 15 mins walk where you can buy stuff at 1 pound. Nando's is 20 mins walk which is famous for eating chicken. Costa is just near the station. It is not for shopping or business so it is very nice to have a quiet night. Room is spacious and clean and tidy.Towel, shampoo, hairdryer are well provided . Salt , pepper , apples and snack, tea are free. The kitchen is good for me to cook dinner every night by purchasing ingredient from either Tesco or sainsbury 10 mins walk from the apartment .I am very happy to stay here . I will properly stay there again .

Nearby the Finsbury park station. The apartment is not at the listed address, they have two buildings along fonthill road. Remember to contact the office if you plan to check in after 5pm as reception is not on site 24/7.

Excellent apartment and close to central London

We booked two "double bed studio apartments". Both have been well looked after and have facilities that you would wish to have. Pros: Location - Only a stone throw away 3 mins walk from underground station. Area - Not the nicest if you are not used to the area. For us is fine, as we know that area well enough, totally safe and lots of good restaurants around the area. This is not a popular tourist area, unlike Earls Court. Majority of people who live around this area are mainly from Africa, Middle East and other minority countries. Apartment- One of the best serviced apartments we stayed in for this level of price. Once you are inside the building and the apartment itself and you will not regret every penny you spend for it. One of our rooms even has a large terrace as its location on the 1st floor. Love it! Service- Thank you for Annamaria’s warm welcome and assistance. Guests can leave their luggage on their check-out day (but only until the close of their office hr at 5pm) Cons- no lift, tiny sink (But all these doesn’t bother us at all) All in all, it has been a great stay and we will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who are in tight budget, but would like to experience the luxury of a serviced/self contained apartment, while still within easy access to underground station and restaurants.

excellent location with good service

3 mins walk to underground and railway stations. Quick response to wifi problem and provide toilet apaper & clear rubbish bin. no evelator is a concern to us since it's really hard to carry luggage to 3rd floor where staircases are steep and narrow. overall it's great and i will consider to stay here again.

Very Good Apartment

Clean, decent, and spacious apartment at reasonable price. Very convenience as it takes you just a min to go to underground station and supermarket. The apartment's management is also great as they are willing to give immediate action / service every time upon my request. If you are a super Arsenal fan like me then this is definitely an excellent option to you as you need just 15mins walk to the Emirates Stadium. I will surely recommend the apartment to my Arsenal friends.

A nice place for stay!

I had spent 9 days at Finsbury apartment The location was great , just around 1 min walk from Finsbury underground station 2 min walk from supermarket And it's 15 min walk from Arsenal stadium n Finsbury park The room is new and clean!and they provide a well facilitated kitchen The staff was very friendly n Helpful:) Although its a bit noisy at night Afterall it's a great experience staying at the apartment and I will recommend it to others!

Clean and compact

When we got to the address for check in, I must admit I thought we had been scammed!! Lots of building work all around and a building that seemed to have been abandoned with an office below it!! The staff were very helpful and we were directed around the corner to the apartment- phew!! Much better. Compact and clean with everything you would need for a short stay. A short way from Emirates stadium. We were going to Alexandra palace for a gig and just jumped on the W3 bus from Finsbury Park train station (5 minutes away) which took 20 minutes. We had everything we needed for our stay.

It was really nice bar road outside very noisy particularly very early morning, emergency vehicles on both nights from 4am onwards with sirens, if you are a heavy sleeper apartment would be perfect.

Prydligt men minimalt

Ren och fräsch men väldigt liten "lägenhet" eller rättare sagt rum med köksdel. Vi var tre personer och jag vet inte hur man skulle få plats med en till. Dubbelsängen var 1,40 m bred och med bäddsoffan (också den 1,40) utfälld fick vi klättra över möblerna för att komma till köksdelen resp badrummet. Det gick inte heller att sitta vid det lilla bordet med bäddsoffan öppen. Badrummet också minimalt men duschen var stor. Fräsch lägenhet, dock utan städning under våra fyra nätter. 2 min promenad till tunnelbanan, 15 min till Emirates. Fem stationer till Oxford Circus, snabbt och bekvämt. Området är väldigt blandat med väldigt lite turister men kändes tryggt.

Apartment was perfect for our needs, very easy to get to Alexandra Palace and close to Finsbury Park station. Tesco nearby for provisions and off licence too. Apartment had everything you need and fully equipped. Good find. Would recommend.

Good accommodation

De locatie was voor ons perfect. Minder was het erg kleine wasbakje en een wc weggedrukt in een hoekje. Verder geen vaatdoekjes of afwaskwast. De keukenkraan lekte nogal en het beschermpaneel bij douchekraan zat los. Als afvoerwater aanrecht wegliep kletterde het doucheputje en kwam water daar weer boven. Verhuurder...even puntjes op de i en het is perfect. Kleine miniwasbak gauw vervangen. Er is best ruimte voor. Warm water in keuken is niet warm!
