This is good value for money , the rooms are nice , the pool is nice the location in the middle of the city centre is good , brekfast is a bit "basic" . The only challeng and reason we may choose another hotel next time is the bad Wifi . we both needed to work and that was next to impossible ant this was even though the hotel was almost empty ( low season)

Although Canoa Quebrada is a fun beautiful beach town, this hotel left me feeling like if I was in a motel. The front looks like a car dealership so you don’t even really see the hotel until you are all the way inside the lobby. Also if you’re a visiting tourist you should have a translator because the staff only speaks Portuguese. I understand we are in Brazil but not having a single English or Spanish speaker on sight seems a bit crazy. Also the pool area was filled with what seemed like 30 kids screaming and splashing all day, so my pool view suite was a nightmare. I will never go back to this hotel.

A pousada é muito antiga, precisa de reforma urgente, em todas as acomodações, tem quartos que mais parecem um porão, com mofo e sem nenhum conforto. As fotos não condizem com os ambientes que são mostrados. Tudo na pousada é velho, as portas, o banheiro, os móveis. A impressão que tive é que nunca fizeram uma reforma na pousada. As roupas de cama e toalhas não tem qualidade. A televisão só pega um canal. O café da manhã é muito ruim, produtos de pouca qualidade e variedade. Não tomei café na Pousada, mesmo estando incluso na diária, preferi pagar e tomar na padaria.

O hotel é bom , quartos amplos e limpos , café da manhã bom porém na 1 noite meus filhos não dormiram com frio , no dia seguinte solicitei edredons e vieram cobrar 10 reais por edredom , nunca vi isso em nenhum outro hotel , achei um absurdo, não pelo valor cobrado, mas pelo fato de está hospedada no hotel pagar um diária que não é barata e não ter o conforto de um edredom , se quisesse um lugar onde tivesse que levar cobertores teria alugado um apartamento e até os apartamentos ofertam ! Já havia me hospedado lá e essa foi a. 2 vez , não voltarei mais a me hospedar no hotel por esse motivo, achei abusivo e desrespeitoso com os hóspedes !
