The shuttle bus is very useful and easy to find. The water of shower is strong enough and hot enough. There are plenty of plugs to charge and AC works very well, definitely my first choice to stay if I visit Amsterdam again!

The bed is a bit too soft yet it didn't hurt my back after 4 nights sleeping. Front desk staff are all nice and very helpful, the shuttle is a big bonus and the price of staying is totally worthy.

The first room I checked it was not ready. You can still see the oily stain on the desk. The blanket was on the floor and the bed wasn’t made. The front desk staff immediately changed another room for me which was good. However, the shower in the second room was extremely hot that I couldn’t take a comfortable shower. Overall experience was bad.

Hôtel d’aéroport plutôt ok mais qui mériterait un rafraîchissement dans les chambres néanmoins. Manqués certains services annoncés comme la salle de sport fermée.

Overall good value for money, location close to the airport, breakfast could be better for the price, the airport shuttle is a bit chaotic, the daily cleaning consists if making the bed and additing some toileteries. Ok for a short stay.

As this was not my first stay this hotel, it will certainly not the last. First and foremost, employees who are working for this hotel are ALL great. They responded promptly and accurately, and most of all, they responded as if the request was easy (which sometimes were not). Frequent shuttle bus service to and from the hotel was truly welcomed. Room was overall great and a small refrigerator gave us an opportunity to stock whatever we may want for breakfast etc. If I am allowed to say so, there were a few minor "shortfalls" which I would like to mention. 1. Room was too dark at night. Additional light stand would be great. 2. Shower/Bath room was absolutely no ventilation (i.e. no circling air); thus, it was always damp due to high humidity. Plus, as there were not enough wall hooks, it always created a challenge where to put (old & new) clothes & bath towel whenever we got shower. 3. Bed was a soft side. Not too soft to cause a back pain though. Nonetheless, it was overall a superb stay and we sincerely appreciated by the tangible effort from the people who work this hotel. Thank you very much once again.

Very nice and comfortable room. Very close to Schiphol airport but easy to keep the noise if airplanes outside. Plenty parking availability. Kind and professional staff. Good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was very good too. Pricing is very attractive compared to many other hotels in the area.

Ich war schon einige Male in diesem Hotel, aber so laut wie diesmal habe ich es noch nie empfunden. Unten vor dem Hotel wurde auf dem McDonalds Parkplatz bis in die Nacht hupend und in Posermanier im Kreis gefahren. Dafür kann das Hotel primär nichts, aber es sollten Gäste damit rechnen, nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen zu können.
