Staff was courteous. However the toilet was backed up and had to go get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself because maintenance was not available. Receptionist did offer to move us but I was able to get the toilet fixed. Noisy guests banging on doors all hours of the night and running the halls even after we called front desk about it. Fire alarm going off at 5am and was told false alarm when we went down to the lobby. After going back to the room the fire alarm goes off 4 more different times We finally just checked out at 6am. Hadn’t slept at all because of the all the noise. Just had enough
