Balcony was great! Room was spacious. The room needs a good clean, it was dirty. Great location. Not too noisy once balcony door was shut. We were asked to clean the dishes we used but there are no facilities doing so, only bathroom basin, no separate towel or washing up liquid.

Perfect stay. A few minute walk to the beach. The\nRoom was extremely clean.The hotel lobby was nicely decorated with art.\nI didn't enjoy looking at the decorated halls. Check-in was just a little bit confusing.Receiving the code for the doors.\nThe mattress was a little bit uncomfortable , but the room was very clean. There was a coffee machine but you have to bring your own coffee.There was a small refrigerator and a microwave.Luckily , there was a very nice coffee/pastry Shop right outside the door and down the street just a minute walk. There was also a mini mart.the stay was very nice. I would definitely go back

Convenient location, fridge in room, competitive price. I did not receive a text with room information and had to call, but staff was very friendly and helpful. We had 2 separate stays, 2 nights before a cruise and 1 night after a cruise. First room before cruise was on the 1st floor. It had a strong smell of mildew and we had to leave the air conditioner running on high to try and keep the smell down. Bed was not comfortable. Paint job was terrible. Tile in the bathroom looked old and dirty. We arrived after midnight due to flight times and didn't really have a choice but to stay. Our second stay after the cruise was a room on the second floor. It was a major improvement. Bed was more comfortable, felt cleaner and bathroom looked presentable. The room had a slight smell but wasn't terrible. Only stayed after the cruise because other hotels in the area were either booked full or over $400/night. Would probably not stay again unless I could specify which room I wanted and inspect it first to be sure it didn't smell. As with many of the area hotels, it's an old building and needs some renovation and ventilation/air quality improvements made.

La habitación no es la mas limpia, Pero nos funcionó que solo llegabamos a dormir! El apartamento es bonito amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. Por el precio esta bien. We waited for 15 minutes to reach someone on the phone. Then when the person from the desk showed up we could not get a room until they were cleaned. We could leave our bags in a small room that was unlocked, left unattended, and had an open window. When we said we had valuables, she said we could take the bags with us. When we got back to get our room, the code didn’t work and the toilet was broken. So we got a second room, the room was very dirty, not vacuumed or clean in shower. It was loud in the room and not reflective of the pictures listed.

Los dptos son muy buenos. Tienen micro, cafetera y heladera con freezer. Excelente para una estadía en la playa. Se encuentra a 1 cuadra de la misma. This property is not as it looks in the pictures. Our room had lots of mildew growing in the shower and it leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. The room had not been cleaned well either. There was a hairball under my bedside table and lots of other hair and things on the floors. We asked for them to do something, but they wouldn't. It was in a great location, but unfortunately, between the cleanliness issues and their responses to us, we can not recommend this property to anyone.

So dirty! There were clumps of hair on the floor and under doors, black specks on the linens and on the mattress protector, praying so hard they werent bed bugs! The lamps had splatters of God only knows what all over them. Hair and chips in the wood on the end table by the couch. Also constant light outside and tons of noise. You could hear outside, downstairs, the hallway nextdoor. Things were broken like the toilet dispensor in the bathrool and the one shower door didnt work. It waa a really rough place.
