Tive problemas no check-in queria ckbrar para uzar o qurto conjugado, dizendo que teve erro do hotel.com que mandou a reserva so para 2 pessos e quem tinho que resolver usso era eu so que logo em seguida chegou outro cliente com o mesmo problema ai o gerente autorozou a entrada porque os valores estava correto para 4 pessias.

Tivemos problemas com vazamento de água de chuva dentro do quarto, me mudaram para outro quarto que tinha o mesmo problema e nada foi feito. Fiquei indignado, tivemos que conviver com a cacheira particular dentro do quarto. Detalhe a direção do hotel nem pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e nem fui procurado pelo episódio. Lamentável isso ocorrer. Pagar por uma estadia e ficar a derivara, literalmente. Não recomendo e nunca mais volto neste hotel. Tem pousadas de valores inferiores, que são melhores.

Café da manhã farto, com pão de queijo assado na hora e bolos/tortas variam de um dia pro outro. Quarto Standard Superior amplo e confortável, com vista para o mar. Armário arejado, com puxador em forma de estrela. Tomadas perto da cama. Repelente de tomada disponível para os hóspedes no quarto. Banheiro amplo, com ducha forte. Bar até 18h com caipirinhas feitas na hora. Pontos negativos: Café "de máquina" com gosto de queimado e alguns pães meio velhos. Não tem elevador. Falta local para estender toalhas e roupas de praia.

A localização é perfeita, mto perto do centrinho e mtos restaurantes e de frente para a praia. Parte dos quartos do hotel estão reformados, o que eu fiquei não estava, mas eu já sabia qdo reservei.
