Simply the most outstanding experience. This is an elegant hotel. The amenities go on and on and the new, clean feel gives a very comfortable vib…….. a high floor afforded us a spectacular view (we opted for a park view), the room was very quiet and easy walking to numerous restaurants, parks and shopping. This was a lovely hotel experience and sure to bring a smile…… the staff was so kind and helpful…. making suggestions to sightsee and shop. Viresh was so helpful, personally took a left behind ring and shipped it to us in Wellington the next day. Alexandra provided a list of must see’s and suggested wine tasting which worked out wonderfully.

No complaints except the air conditioner worked great the first day (I like sleeping at around 62 F) but then didn’t seem to work the next two days so just left windows open. Also no place to put soap, shampoo in the shower had to put everything on the floor. Great location in CBD.

The 2 bedroom suite worked out well for our family of four. It was nice having a washer and dryer to do some laundry during our 2 week vacation. Location was convenient, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Only strange thing was the heated mirror in the half bathroom, we called to ask if we could turn it off but no can do.
