5-star service from a 3-star hotel. Faultless! I always stay here when I'm in business. It is the best value hotel in Shepherd's Bush and the one with the best location - next to W12 shopping centre and cinema and Shepherd's Bush station and Westfield Shopping Centre. Staff are always lovely and sweet and super helpful, charming and polite. Fully recommend this charming, clean, stellar hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It's right next to the underground, a small grocery store, and a large shopping mall, but it's not noisy at all. The rooms are very clean and in good shape by London standards. Will definitely stay here for business trips going forward!

such a lovely place to stay, perfect for what we needed it for! room was lovely and cleaned and was air conned which was so nice too. bathroom was nice and spacious and shower was amazing! definitely recommend staying here was in perfect location to train station and loads around to do as well! the lady behind the desk was super lovely and accommodating, made the stay as easy as possible! thank you so much, cannot wait to stay again!

The hotel does the best it can with what it has, so on that front it’s good value for money, clean and well located. However, it’s super loud if you’re in the downstairs rooms, you feel the tube vibrate, and it’s really only good for one, max two nights and if all you need is to sleep. The rooms are super tight, so hard to put suitcases down or do much but be on the bed. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant when I asked to be moved to a better room, because my room was so loud it wasn’t livable.

The hotel is really cosy and lovingly set up. Staff is super nice, the location is perfect - right next to the underground station. In the area there is everything you need: shops, restaurants, etc. Once can see that the hotel is slightly used, as here and there are signs of usage or no-longer-cleanable surfaces. All in all good price-quality balance
