I left the hotel for 2 days on a little country side tour. I was keeping my room to keep my luggage and clothes in the room. I was paying for the room. The staff assume I was leaving without paying, in site of the fact my credit card was on file. When I returned not only did they lock me out of my room, they insisted I pay the bill to date and start a new bill. They said they was a limited on what I can keep on open bill of 2,000,000. Colombian Pesos, equivalent to $562.00 US $. I never heard such a thing.

The 1st night I was there the Wi-Fi did not work in my Room I had to switch rooms to get better Wi-Fi and it still wasn't that good Because of the pandemic they're not trying to clean the rooms every day which is crazy and not give you new Towels every day as well I was there during a lock down The pool closes at 5 o'clock which I understand but the 1st day after lockdown they wanted to do maintenance why don't you do maintenance after 5 o'clock when the pool was closed at that point else fed up and just went to the dann Carlton where it's a lot better And a gentleman lie to me at the front desk saying that they did not have ice cream when I went to the restaurant they said we had ice cream all week we never ran out

One of the best places to stay in Bucaramanga. The staff is great and ready to help.. The rooms are large and have some of the best views of the city.

not cleaning room every day.

Hotel does not change the towels nor clean your room everyday. Gym is closed (even though the pool is open) everyday). I call asking for cleaning the room and they do not have any employee for doing that except every other day. I requested new towels... that was the only way you can get towels everyday. Good location and good breakfast.

This is truly a first-class hotel. Excellent service in every respect, spotlessly clean and in a great location. I have stayed in hotels that cost much more but didn't come close to the quality of service at this hotel. You can tell the employees take pride in their job and they are to be commended.

Stay was good ... but would never use hotel.com again. The price was the same as using ihg. Com. My flight was delayed one day and with hotels.com there is no refund or credit. Ihg.com would not charge if not there
