I use hotels.com all of the time and this was the only hotel that claimed my ID was invalid. They claimed that since I moved from an apartment and had to stay for a week because my new one was not ready yet, that the ID and address was not usable. I never had a hotel ask me the reason I was staying before. Had to get hotels.com customer service involved to get a refund. Terrible service.

Nobody eve in the office, sack breakfast. Continue Al isn’t them giving what they choose I eat. No waffle maker no cereal not even a spot for breakfast, no popcorn after 8. Oh, and to top it off check in and check out was with a computer and not a real person. That’s not what I came to see this needs to be shown to Wyndham.

Check in required everyone to have photo ID. Photo of ID was unacceptable so we cancelled both nights and went down the street where they were more reasonable. We have never had this requirement at any hotel ever before.

I first was upset because I did check in online and then when i got here I had to do it again. Then there was noone here in person. I had to talk to someone on a sceen. He was very nice. I checked into my room and there wasn't towels. Then i cut myself on the shower. The screw was sticking out. Then the tv didn't work. I complained and got another room. In the new room the a/c didn't work, it kept shutting off. Then the fridge was frosted over. I had been traveling all day and just wanted to rest. I am very upset over the quality if this motel. It just made me regret choosing it. I got a text saying if there is any issues text. I texted and never got a response.

I needed an early check in, called the hotel and was put on hold, no one picked back up. Called a dozen more times with no answer. Was able to do the early check in on the website and paid for it, but when I showed up there was no real person on site, had to talk to a guy through a computer kiosk and he couldn't find my early check in, had to pay again. I'm recovering from surgery and using crutches but I was given a room on the second floor. The stairs are sketchy. The bathtub obviously wasn't cleaned in a long time nor the sink. You can tell by the pink mildew...

Check in was strange via zoom like thing. It worked but was awkward and I don’t know how many people feel comfortable sliding their drivers license in nor putting their credit card up to the camera to show name matches

Accidentally dropped TV remote behind dresser, moved dresser and found an empty juice bottle and an accumulation of trash behind dresser. Requested a mobility challenged room,reservation confirmed, was not any safety rails to be seen. AI checking was confusing for elderly generation. Again was assured it was a handicap room. Entrance to office was a box and up step which was difficult to me. I am walking with a walker. Room was noisy from traffic and drag races on Division St.. I question the safety of the location although we did not have any problems. Small concern was the light switch was outside of bathroom. They are handy to the North side of Spokane.

Better than expected. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. The location was great. It was near convenient stores and many restaurants. Will most likely book here in the future.

I didn't get to stay there we were tired and we have a service dog and nowhere on their site did it say we couldn't bring our service dog and I booked the room and we just wanted to go to bed and he sat there arguing with me saying we couldn't bring our service dog in there and I said well you could have mentioned that on the website but nowhere does it say anything about it and I told him he's being very discriminating. So the Howard Johnson there on division in Spokane Washington I would give a negative five too but hotels.com was great even though it was non-refundable they went ahead and got us a room and at a really nice place I'm trying to think of what it was called but anyways it was a really beautiful place and it was more money than what the Howard Johnson's was and they paid the difference because Howard Johnson then the person there then told hotels.com that I he didn't tell me I couldn't have a service dog there and lied to her so I don't know what was going on there but be very careful because it when you buy a non-refundable they just take the money and run I guess not hotels.com but Howard Johnson

Took a long time to check in and several people were waiting even longer than me to try and check in. Not user friendly at all. Had to use a screen with a guy working 2,000 miles away. Not recommended if you need a quick check-in.

Although the room was paid in advance, we were told no room was available when attempting to check in. No help was offered to rectify their huge mistake.
Hotels.com has been non-responsive to requests to mediate a solution.
