Simply Superb

This is a superb and charming hotel. Every detail is well thought of. The lighting and interior design is atmospheric. The ambience is so romantic! I did not want to leave my room to go sight seeing in Rome. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located near the Collesium.

Small, lovely hotel by the Colosseum.

This is a lovely hotel located within walking distance of the Colosseum. It's rooms are small, but neat and clean. The beds are comfortable and the windows open for lovely breezes. The shower stalls were also very small since they're square with two doors that open. The hotel is also located within walking distance of a ton of delicious restaurants, a gelateria, and convenience as well as souvenir shops. We tried several of the restaurants and they were all delicious. We went to Italy for my mom's birthday and they had prosecco, chocolate, and strawberries waiting when we arrived. They also arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport which made arriving so much easier! This is a small, lovely hotel in a great location in Rome. I highly recommend it!

The placement of the hotel was great, the people who worked there were kind and helpful. However there is no elevator for luggage, so you are hauling luggage up several flights of stairs to your room. The rooms are very small, VERY small. The bathroom can only fit one person, and the the bathroom area was pretty ran down and felt a little dirty. The side tables in our room were very dusty, and the bed and very large dips in the mattress, it was unpleasant.

Do NOT book the room with the Jacuzzi. Once you arrive the water in the Jacuzzi will be freezing cold and there’s no way to heat it when the “heater” is turned off during the hotter months. There’s no windows or anything else in that room worth staying there if the Jacuzzi isn’t working. No windows so it feels like a dungeon and the wifi reception and cell reception down there is HORRIBLE. I tried getting my money back once I found out and they offered half even though I was willing to leave without staying. This is far from a romance room as possible.

Great location, clean rooms with a comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming and were really helpful giving us lots of great restaurant recommendations. We had a lovely stay.

Staff was very friendly, very helpful. I had a flight was delayed in Rome days after I left their hotel. They stored my luggage for free while I toured around around with my family during the time my flight was delayed. Hotel is clean perfect location. Air conditioning works well.

Me encanto, la vista desdevla entrada es el mismisimo Coliseo 😍 el hotel es boutique, muy limpio y con detalles de lujo, el personal es muy amable y profesional, yo estuve en la habitación Spa y es hermosisima lo unico que debo de comentar es que el agua del jacuzzi esta helada y no hay como calentarla, si te gusta fria lo amaras, todo es hernoso.
