Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, very comfortable visit. The staff were also knowledgeable on the Tube maintenance times which was very helpful for access to transport. Definitely recommend :)

Atendimento muito bom dos colaboradores da recepção, sempre estavam dispostos a se comunicar mesmo nosso inglês não sendo dos melhores, tinham paciência para explicar e reexplicar. Ele é um pouco mais afastado dos pontos turísticos principais mas a região é muito bacana e tem ótimas opções de estação de metro por perto. Num geral o entorno nos pareceu seguro. O quarto era bem pequeno mas para duas noites bem ok. Sentimos falta da opção de café da manhã.

Very good value for money, considering location and price. Clean but basic rooms, newly fitted bathroom which was good, and very friendly staff. Only downside was in the morning they had an issue which meant we had no hot water. They did fix it, but only at 11am when we were checking out. Could have done with another mirror in the room.

Rejste med min søn. Vi delte et lille værelse, der opfyldte alt hvad vi havde brug for. Bus stop lige foran hotellet, tog stationen tæt på der fik os til centrum af oxford street på 35 min. Ingen problemer der. Serviceniveauet var i top, alle var søde og hjælpsomme. Følte os trygge. Hotellet er dog slidt og lidt af ældre dato, men havde ingen betydning for mig.

We had booked this property months in advance, had all the prior communciation re check in times etc. we travelled two hours to arrive and say our room had been cancelled and there was nothing we could do about it. No help from the staff - terrible service!
