Facility is in great need of care/renovation. Strong smell of moisture on the second floor. The carpet is dirty throughout the hotel. Walls must be painted. Moisture and rust in the bathroom must be removed. The price does not match the poor state of the rooms. Employees did their best to accomodate and welcome us.

Good but not great.

The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were nice although they were only cleaned every 3 days and at one stage I ran out of loo roll. Many of the facilities in hotel are akward such as the lifts and doors which have a glitchy card system that is not user friendly and on occasion does not work. The hotel regularily close the gate which is akward for taxis. Food in the restuarant was okay but too expensive and the tuck shop was a rip off charging €3.50 for a snickers bar. Complete price gouging. Otherwise the place was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. I'd rate the hotel a 3.5 star.

The good news: the facility is very nice and the rooms are very nice. The bad news: After arriving at the CDG, I called the hotel about a shuttle. The told me to walk from terminal F to D and the shuttle was at door 6. Got there, no shuttle. Called and I was told that the shuttle was picking up other passengers and to wait. Half hour later, called and the message was the same. Half hour later, ditto, Half hour later, ditto. After two hours, I got a taxis (15.5 euros) to the hotel. They wanted a 250 euro deposit on the room, which was removed the next day. They also charged 25 euros for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport the next day. The room was nice and the price was good, except for the additional charges to get to and from the hotel.

Nice and cozy hotel in the best class ****

Very nice staying, and in our case. Perfect with a kitchen and all facilities as a refrigerator and freezer. The toilet is perfect with a bathtub and good lighting. Excellent bed for nice sleeping and relaxing to television. Fantastic view from the fifth floor. Excellent breakfast with all you like, also for kids. Kindly servants. The hotel has a nice lounge and high service. Good transport from CDG 1 to the hotel via taxi and bus, the whole day and return.

Breakfast was a disaster. Coffee machins worked, everything else was out, unappealing or unappetizing - orange juice, eggs, bacon/ham?, toast (toaster only half worked and slowly). Eggs out of a carton and still wet. We just left and looked for breakfast elsewhere. I know that everyone arrived at the same time, but 40 people milling about trying to find something to eat is not good. Easily the worst hotel provided breakfast in 3 weeks.

Every person at the front desk tell you diferents things, they charged me extra money and i was trying to communicate with the manager to complain but they told me was not posible. Cet Etablissement n'est pas fait pour la catégorie de gens "imaginés chez les Pauvres". Lorsque nous arrivons sur place, le Personnel nous regarde de haut, nous classe déjà parmi la racaille. Nous avons été confronté au besoin de donner une caution de 250€ dont nous n'avons pas été informé au préalable mais il est clair que la façon de dire les choses aux gens sans tenter de les humilier change tout. Par plus d'une fois, je me suis rendus dans des Hôtels dans les environs de CDG, d'autant que je voyage régulièrement, donc j'ai besoin d'une chambre autour de l'aéroport et JAMAIS, au GRAND JAMAIS je n'ai été autant humilié par le personnel. Par ailleurs, l'isolation des chambres et nulle. Nous entendons le trafic aérien comme si nous étions sur les Pistes d'atterrissage. Le pire c'est au moment de nous rendre la caution que nous avons déposée, il a fallu rappeler l'Hôtel à 19 heures 52 le lendemain pour qu'ils nous expliquent que "Nous attendons la fin du travail de House Keeping", comme si la période de présence n'était pas fixée entre 15 heures et 11 heures. Et pour finir, ces personnes nous ont raccroché au nez. Il est à noter que ce n'est pas L'enseigne le problème, mais le racisme de bas étage institutionalisé dans cet Etablissement. J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans un autre Appart'City 4* à CDG, et le personnel y est plutôt courtois. Pour terminer, merci de ne plus me proposer cet Etablissement ni des Etablissements avec caution à l'arrivée
