The first room we were assigned to was on the first floor. The landscape lighting shone in the room, and it was a handicapped room where the drain for the shower was in the middle of the bathroom and not in the shower. The front desk was SO kind to relocate us to the fourth floor. This handicapped room had a lip on the shower, so it did not drain in the middle. The AC did not properly work, and we needed someone to come fix it. The bathroom shower stopped at one point, and we needed to troubleshoot and fix it ourselves since the maintenance person had gone home for the night. There was not enough parking, and we needed to park in another lot one night. The rooms need some updating. The staff was friendly and kind, but not overly helpful. It was one of the most expensive hotels around, but did not impress me nor was it worth the cost. Disappointing.
