Cockroach infested, no response despite several complaints. Staff very unresponsive unconcerned, one even said complain to Agoda in review. Manager promised to arrange my Grab airport drop on10/12 morning at 6am however no arrangements were made and no one at reception was able to make a booking. They knew I was desperate so arranged with his friend Taxi driver by Anwar and finally I was overcharged by taxi driver.
very bad hotel= never stay again.
