There was a deep musty smell in the room when I checked in. There was mold in the shower. The remote control batteries kept falling out because it had no cover. The air conditioning did not work very well. In the refrigerator was unplugged. I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel ever again. Absolutely terrible experience. Along with the fact that somebody was running a Zumba class at 2 o’clock in the morning above me last night. The price on the Internet looks good for this location, but it is not a very good place to stay.

Bed and pillows ok. Bathroom was small and need a little tic. Shower had mold around th door a shower surround plus the shower head was on tight which made water spray out and up. Didn’t affect water flow much however. Breakfast was meh! Coffee wasn’t even good. Plus only sweetener was sugar and sweet and low. I’m a Splenda or even equal guy. Internet and tv went down for at least half a day. Your door didn’t even close on its own and had to push/pull it close. Great location though.

First time at this hotel Initially pleased with it. Staff was very nice and accommodating. But shampoo was empty in the shower, no lids for coffee and a cockroach crawled on the breakfast counter this morning.

It was a later check in with small children when I arrived and the first problem wa that the lights and tv were not working. After some further inspection I saw all of the lamps/ and appliances were unplugged. TV, clock, refrigerator, etc…I plugged in what I needed and then proceeded to bathe the children. I l noticed that I didn’t have all of the usual fresh towels or a bath mat, I had to let it go. But seeing a hand towel over the bathroom door was the final indication that the room cleaning was not finished. I could see that the hand towels/ wash cloths were missing and the one that was there was disturbed. I quickly assessed that I could manage but was definitely inconvenienced.
