First room we stayed had no towels, pillows and all floors warped. One spot of floor when you walked on it dog s urinate came up. Room smelled badly.if I called the health service they will closed your hotel down or just that room only. Finally I can't stand the diguistung smell and at night I went to the office I asked to change room. Good enough there was a room available few doors down. Better but outdated. Hotel need a big makeover.

The bathtub was in terrible condition. The toilet was dirty. Literally dirty. I took pics. The room didn’t look the cleanest, neither did the microwave or refrigerator. The only saving grace was the FD agent. She resolved a concern with expeditiously and professionalism.I believe her name is Tiffany but I’m not certain. I’m sure you can figure it out by checking. Who was the overnight Front Desk agent.

There was one staff member and I feel she did her best to accommodate but she had clients with problems that she tried to help so she was not readily available. The room was substandard and the pillows did not feel clean. The shower curtain needed servicing. The latch of the lock did not secure well and was damaged so I did not feel safe sleeping in the location but I was not disturbed during the evening. Parking was fine.

Hotel is so ran down, there are absolutely no lights outside , the room was disgusting. When i got there said there was no hot water and low water pressure but still have to pay full price ...would not recomend at all.

The staff stood out the most. I appreciate yall and how you all take care of us. I must say though, there are tiny bugs that bite in the room. I wake up with bites but besides that everything is good. Every room should have extra toilet paper and a broom btw :)
