Called early in the morning before b9oking reservation to make sure we had an early check in accomodation. Recepptionist said there was no problem, come after 10am and we can check you in afte housekeeping gets there at 9am but failed to mention there is an early check in fee of 30$. I got to the hotel and I had already booked for 2 nights thought all I had to do was check in...different rwceptionist had to ask manager to overide fee, im grateful for that but staff was rude kept asking me why I wanted to talk to a manager had me wait till about 10:45 to check in....off to a bad start. Got to my room, had not even used the facilities yet and water was seeping out of the floor boards in the bathroom. Staff refused to give me a differnt room because they told me every room had the same problem and if I moved they would have to clean that one so it was a waste....it was the worst experience I have ever had staying at any hotel, UNSANITARY...UNPROFESSIONAL. Didn't a refund because of an issue with my 3rd party reservation, and so I had to stay in this room or risk not getting my money back, was a bad experience. Staff was rude and tried to say I lied about the condition of the room. Maintenance was not available so they send a housekepeer to look at the problem. She determined it was from mopping the room earlier that day....it was definitely not the issue and so I had no choice but to stay, I was gonna lose 160$ or only get deposit back...horrible experience.
