Nice Small hotel with friendly staff. Biggest challenge is the wifi, which logs you off all the time, so that you have to re-enter full password 20 times a day. Apart from that, a very nice hotel that I will be coming back to.

Nice little hotel. Friendly atmosphere, good size roms. Not very modern, but nice. Only problem was the wifi which keeps logging off and has to be logged into again and again.

It felt like coming “home”. Well furnished and stunningly detailed decor. The staff and outdoor garden were exceptional. It will be our first choice when returning to Dar Es Salaam. Asante Sana from ‘Canada’

Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, enkel innsjekking. Relativt store rom, brukbar standard i forhold til pris. Noe mangelfull frokost, men betjeningen gjorde sitt beste.

The staff was friendly and very helpful and a credit to the place. However, the property is old and poorly maintained; I had breakfast with a few other guests and this was the general complaint from all.
Very nice hotel and very nice staff. I have seldom experienced such nice and friendly staff ever.

the hotel location is not in a nice place, the building is one floor with garden i think it was a house, the room is large but not well furnished, the bed is good

Trevlig litet hotell på en relativt lugn bakgata. Luktade fuktigt/mögel i hotellbyggnaden men rummen var luktfria. Vänlig personal, rent och ganska gemytligt. Ingen direkt hög standart

This is a lovely little hotel, with staff that aims to please. The rooms are large, clean, include free wifi, a "no alcohol" mini bar, large desk and armoire. The beds are on the firm side. AC works great. I will stay here again.

The Amariah Boutique Hotel Mikocheni is highly recommendable, if you want a hotel outside the busy city centre. The service and the standard of the room was impeccable. The staff go out of their way to mak you feel welcome. There is a nice patio and garden to sit and relax in. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet as far as neighbourhoods go in african capitals. Most people will probably prefer to take either a taxi or a bajaji to their destinations outside of the hotel, but it is a safe enough neighbourhood to walk around in. To get to The Slipway it takes about 10 minutes in a bajaji. I would definitely stay here again.
