一般

酒店不是在地图显示的江西冷后面的街里，那里是一店咖啡馆，住宿是在二店，在江西冷南面，距离有些远。房间不大，但很干净，我住的房间朝向不好，阳台是封闭的，挂有空调室外机，非常吵。自来水是黄色的，花洒都快散架了，洗澡很不方便。

位置好服务佳

酒店的位置不错，在江西冷的后面，穿过江西冷可以到达酒吧街然后就是海滩，我每天都是走去海滩的。然后酒店的房间也很不错，宽敞舒适，比较安静。酒店的服务很热情，最后一天上午check out的时候，因为下午还要出去玩，晚上再 走，老板还说可以玩好再回来洗个澡再走，太感动了。

Unfit to be 3-star hotel

Apart from the receptionist called "Miao" who is very good in providing excellent customer service and Anna (who takes care of the bookings for local attractions) has done an excellent job in meeting my requests, I am very much disappointed in the rest of the staffs and hotel services. There were no iron, ironing board and electric kettle. My wife reminded the cleaners to lock the balcony door after they cleaned the balcony, but they have never followed the instruction. The electrical systems are rather faulty, the switch gaves the crackling sounds whenever the light is turned on. Honestly, it is a high level of fire hazard. By the way, I booked a room which the booking system says has a bathtub but I was given a room without it. Last but not least, there is no swimming pool. P.S. To the ladies, you will need to be very careful if you are having menstruation... If you stain the bed sheet, you will be fined 500 baht. In my opinion, it should be rated a 2-star hotel since the hotel is very short of amenities.

Conveniently located, standard budget hotel

I had a few hours in Patong in order to wait for my really late flight so booked a room so I could rest in the evening. The hotel was in a really convenient location to Jung Ceylon, and also the food market. Bangla Road was a 10 minute walk and it was under 20 mins to the beach. The receptionist who checked me in was helpful and friendly. The room was basic, bed was a bit soft for my liking. I didn't like the fact that when you took a shower, the water would run through the floor to the drainage point by the toilet, therefore making the entire floor wet. However that was the design of the bathroom. Also it was a pity that housekeeping didn't check the amenities in the bathroom as there was only half a roll left, and no spare. The hotel was fine for my brief stay, I didn't get to try the breakfast, but I'd probably pay a bit more to stay somewhere else if I was to visit Patong again.

Billighotel mit guter Lage

Ich verbrachte einige Tage in diesem Hotel. Pro: Die Empfangsdame ist der Hit, hilfsbereit, nett, immer zur Stelle Die Lage ist optimal: gleich neben an ist der Markt, die Straße runter ein Shopingcenter und mit ein paar Minuten laufen ist man gleich am Meer und der berüchtigten Bangla-Road Das Frühstück ist ok und bietet Abwechslung, die Paninis kann ich nur empfehlen Wlan ist in jedem Stockwerk Kontra: Klimaanlage war alt und laut Wände sind dünn und du hörst deine Nachbarn Dusche hat nur einen Abfluss der durchs ganze Bad geht, dabei setzt du beim Duschen alles Unterwasser Tipps: lass dir Tipps für Trips geben nimm ein richtiges Taxi vom Flughafen und zurück, kein Shuttle!

The worst hotel ever!! Staff with bad attitude!!

It is literally the worst hotel ever with rude front desk staff. They cannot offer what mentioned on their website. We booked a deluxe room with two twin beds. But the staff said there is no such room ever in their hotel. We asked for alternatives like adding a sofa bed/ rollaway bed, they said NO right away with an annoyed face. They said they could do nothing about it, the only thing we could do was either take it or leave it. We paid in full online with hotels.com, but the staff said their hotel didn't take the money so they couldn't refund us on the spot. We dealt with this issue with hotels.com staff for 12 hours. Hotels.com agent couldn't help because the hotel front desk staff was not willing to answer the phone. So, in the middle of the night, we left with no choice but to stay in the room. The air-conditioner was dripping the whole night with noisy sound. Stains were all over the wall of the bathroom. Prominent noise from the street. Overall, it was not a good stay. We got an unfriendly look from the staff every time we go out and into the hotel. We specifically asked for not cleaning our room. The staff still came in, even moved our stuff and took things from our room. That was really an intrusion of our privacy and did not respect us. That's a total disappointment. We were furious about everything.

Grosse déception

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié mon séjours à cet hôtel, certes la fille de l'accueil est vraiment adorable mais l'hôtel en lui même est vraiment mauvais, la clime fait un bruit de moteur, les toilettes de ma chambre ne fonctionnais pas, c'est très très mal insonorisé pour une ville comme Phuket qui bouge tous le temps et surtout la nuit et je ne parle même pas de la literie vraiment inconfortable… Les seuls points positifs sont la proximité de Bangla Road et de la plage (10mn à pied) et la nourriture qui est plutôt bonne. Je ne conseil pas cet hôtel si vous voulez vous être au confort et vous reposer.
