My room had water leak. Woman manager was mean and snotty to me. Yelled at me at 8am because their plumbing was crap. No radio or similar in rooms. Cute concept. I ordered door dash and was yelled at for giving them gate code, when my co worker did the same and they never said a thing. Food was mediocre at best. Staff was snotty. Treated me like I was a problem when their hotel had issues. Was not treated very well my entire stay. Felt targeted for some reason. I was there on business.

Such a cute little pet-friendly property with gorgeous decor, a fabulous pool and hot tub area and lots of meaningful touches throughout that really made for a great stay like breakfast, parking, toiletries and even a little goody bag for our pup. Location was super convenient to downtown Palm Springs while still being away from the hustle and bustle so it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was open 24 hours but there were also quiet hours from 9pm onwards so it was perfect as we were looking for a more relaxing getaway rather than a place to party. Our room was spacious and comfortable and since it was tucked away from the main area it also had a private patio area which we loved.

We stayed at Dive Palm Springs for our babymoon. The whole trip was so perfect. From our romantic room, to the temperature of the pool, and the delicious breakfast and coffee. The entire staff was so wonderful, and Steven recommended some fantastic places for us to eat and dine, which we managed to hit almost all of them. I can’t wait to visit Dive again and enjoy another relaxing and peaceful trip
