This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Would have left immediately if a room had been available elsewhere. So much for booking in advance, sight unseen, judging by the photos on the internet. Driving around the back of the buildings, it looked like a SLUM. Garbage cans more than overflowing, broken windows on back units, with at least one "fixed" with a board filling the hole. People appeared to be getting high and drinking outside their rooms. The sparkling clean swimming pool shown on the web page was a cesspool. We were unable to find another available room in a different motel, so had to request a different room located in the front somewhere. The room was not satisfactory, but we were stuck. I will add some photos. Please compare them to the ones shown on the motel's web page. Judge for yourself how poorly this dump is maintained.

This was the fan in the bathroom.
The boards near my foot are broken and if stepped on wrong, a person could go through and be injured.
The window latch was broken. This board is apparently their way of repairing it.

This place was terrible! The air conditioners didn’t work, even when they moved us to a different room. The water pressure was so low it only came out in a drizzle. Everything was run down, even the condition of the floors. The windows were filthy. A continental breakfast was advertised but it consisted of coffee only. We have used Hotels.com for years and haven’t ever had a problem. But this place was awful and we can’t believe Hotels.com would ever advertise a place like this. Very disappointing!

Please spruce up your facilities

I dislike being negative, BUT, the sheets didn't smell clean. There was a bad odor from the air conditioning so only used it 10 to 15 minutes. I didn't use the shower as I worried things weren't sanitized properly. The wall light above the bed didn't work. The door was difficult to open after it was unlocked. The person next door yelled and ranted unintelligible all night. There was no personnel in the office at night. The pool beside the office was partially covered and looked very dirty. The parking lot and steps to the office had drinks dumped out on them and not cleaned up. I'm sorry I couldn't give a more positive review.

The place is run down and needs updating. The carpets are dirty and stained. There are broken down cars and trucks parked all over the parking lot. I had to switch rooms because the TV remote was missing and they couldn’t get a replacement to work. The room numbers are falling off the doors and the trash cans out side are overflowing with broken beer bottles around them. I won’t stay again.

Clerk should’ve warned me when I checked in.

Third time to stay at this motel, totally inexcusable that service desk checked me and my wife in a room (#114) next to one occupied by a long term tenant who is always howling when awake(maybe he has some kind of illness). I haven’t had a good night’s rest, and I had to drive to Calgary the next morning. Am totally disappointed, and disgusted! I didn’t ask to move to another room because I thought this next door guy was gonna sleep and keep quiet but I was wrong.

WHEN I FIRST checked in&THEY put me in 226 upstairs I had requested a disability room downstairs because of my CONCUSSION, THAT was the FIRST issue?2nd I then I get up to the room&there's no remote for the TV😢 then I go to walk in the bathroom and the stuff had been moved around and use I immediately went down to the front desk also asked if I could have a remote and let them know that the stuff in the bathroom had been moved around and stuff so they moved me to room 229 I get into this room and underneath my bed is empty Coors light 3beer cans? No phone?Then to 🔝 it off the TV won't turn on it wasnt plugged unplugged and I could barely get the plug to stay in so the TV would stay on&top it off you're SUPPOSED, it SAYS on the sites that they have a continental BREAKFAST? Extras ETC& so on for TV stations&options, well that's not the TRUTH no room at 229 I was just saying only had six available stations the whole three days I stayed here I was here 3 days from Thursday through Sunday& I'm VIP I ACTUALLY LIKE2STAY HERE!?😢It's been about give or take 3 years SINCE I've stayed here tho?I usually come and get a room so I just have some peace and quiet and I can do my own thing in town I live out in East Helena I LIVE IN Town SO it's not like I NEEDED the ROOM, ANYWAYS when I checked in the FRONT desk younger ♂️ was PRETTY very rudeness, HONESTLY😢Thankfully there's One housekeeper LITERALLY 1?🙏 Hey NAME is April&she was ABSOLUTELY 💯🙏 amazingly HELPFUL& apologetically 4 ALL

Can park outside your door

Was traveling with pets and needed a room with parking in front of the room so booked here. Room was (maybe) just returned to service and not quite finished? No hot water, no towels, room poorly cleaned. . Older property in need of refresh.

There is nothing good to see or say about this place rooms with black mold on shower heads the front staff had no idea what they were doing amd the guy up front was rude and spoke little to no english and we could barely have any communication

I did not care for all the druggies staying/living there. A lot of crime seems to happen at this place. Upon walking to the stairwell to go upstairs, we noticed a lot of blood on the sidewalk and handrailing. Noticed drug deals going on in front of rooms, in the walkways. Traffic coming n going at all times of the day n night. Our heater for our room did not work and room was not very clean. Toilet was filthy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Should see about getting some of my money back, bad place to send your customers

Would NOT recommend! Room was filthy. Nothing seemed to be clean at all. The shower head was broken and leaked everyhwere. When staff was informed and a switch to a new room was requested, it was denied. Left ASAP

Horrific

The room was gross and dirty and the heater barely worked, the shower head literally trickled out. Super loud next to highway, no blow dryer. There’s no phone in the room and if you want something for your room like an extra pillow then just forget it! Terrible customer service too.

Gilligan

No phone, no lights,no motor car, not a single luxery...yes, Gilligan had it better. We got a single bed room and we weren't expecting much, but it got comical. Here's the list of missing items that should be a must in any motel room but were missing from this one.: working dead-bolt, internet, phone, t.v. (since there was no internet), plug in outlets except for 1 wall, hand soap, (shampoo too), and I believe there was supposed be be breakfast. But we did get two fly strips hanging off the bathroom mirror that were pretty full, and a branch (a literal tree branch) to keep the window locked. Frankly, the bed was comfortable, the heater worked, we had toilet paper, and quiet neighbors.
