Loyalty Inn is a terrible hotel. It seemed like it in the constructions and then got nothing done right staff only one person to death and one person to clean the rooms and I’m surprised this thing was going so far they should be shut down. I don’t think they’re legit hotel.com. Need to take them off the list or anything. It’s a terrible place.

First of all, my $50 deposit still has not been refunded to my debit card. I have called several times throughout the day and the call disconnects after ringing the front desk. The elevator, ice machine and pool were all out of order. The room was a nightmare! It looked like someone painted the tub instead of properly refurbishing it. The air conditioner did not cool all night. It was the next morning before you could feel anything from it. I had to sleep in the bed with my son because to get a double room, I would have had to walk up to the fourth floor since the elevator didn’t work. The refrigerator barely chilled our food and I saw roaches!!!! All of this and I still haven’t received my deposit back!!!!!!

The front desk person was very rude, the room was nasty. there was a bunch of empty rooms that needed repairs. my room needed painting the paint was peeling there was no remote for the tv. No water pressure and the room was smelly

filthy! No Tv or Microwave was in my room! they couldnt find one ! my stay was 3 days no room service for clean linen or room sweep & mop. the owner complained that my 1 year old stained a sheet from the bed that could be washed and looked to be brand new so skew refused to give me my deposit even after not compensating me after my horrible stay. 0/10! DONT RECOMMENDED! THEY HAVE ROOM BREAK INS FROM OUTSIDE ADDICTS AND DRUG BUSTS FROM POLICE OFFICERS ! KIDS ARE NOT SAFE WHAT SO EVER!

Not fantastic, but we survived. The front desk was very polite, and the room was as nice as it could be considering the age of the property. Props to whomever is keeping this place open, but it is definitely a "last resort" kind of stay.
