The staff were very nice and wanted us to have a good stay, our 1 bedroom with two queen beds was spacious, and it was in a good location being about a block from the beach and a few blocks from a boardwalk with lots of restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the wi-fi didn't work and it seemed to be that way for a while, the microwave in our unit was broken, the pillows were very flat and seemed rather old, the kitchen supplies were very sparse, and some of the bedding was stained. For the price it was okay.

The room and property was ok, a little weathered and worn, but clean. The pool is not heated whatsoever. Disappointing with children for sure. Beach chairs and umbrella in room were great to have and appreciated. If on ground floor you hear EVERYTHING above, so just be aware. Proximity to beach was great!

We had an excellent stay at Twins Apartments. Even though we arrived late, the staff was on-site at 10 PM to handle our check-in. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a new studio to a very spacious, three-bedroom apartment. While it was a bit older, it was impeccably clean and very convenient to our little family of 5. The location is unbeatable—just a few meters from the beach—and having private parking and beach chairs included was a great touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Excellent. 6 in our party. We had 1 queen bed and 2 full beds plus a full sleeper sofa. Full kitchen and dining table plus living area. John’s pass board walk and the ocean all within a short walk. Staff was excellent! Walked us to our room and went over everything with us, Very personalized service. We are all locals from Tampa and like to stay over when we attend events like John’s pass Seafood Festival. Also couldn’t beat the price!
