Excellent place to stay. Very pleasant stay, with an amazing comfortable bed, a private bathroom and room with balcony. Amazing room view to Plaza Santa Cruz. Staff was very nice and very kind. You have many options to eat. Just a few steps from Plaza Mayor. Convenient stores nearby and not overcrowded. Rooms are clean and every day they provided basics.

Fantastic location , very clean , rooms small but functional. Room 6 had a very nice balcony over looking the square . Overall a very nice 3 nights stay would definitely stop there again. Visited May this year recommend doing a walking tour.

I had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The room I’ve stayed at had two balconies with lovely city view, quiet once you close the balcony doors, spacious, extremely clean and safe. This hotel is nearby many of the attractions, point of interest, friendly staff and the airport journey is much easier once you understand the metro lines. I highly recommend this hotel.

close to everything. Starbucks right below the property makes it more appealing and convenient. But we wish there is a pot of hot water or coffee so we can have an instant coffee at least during late hours of the night or early morning. But overall, it was nice, even though the elevator only fits 2 people and 2 suitcases, we managed.

A very well kept and conveniently located Hostal, centrally located to a lot of attractions, Steps away from Plaza Mayor, walking distance to La Gran Via, Puerta Del Sol , Paseo de Alcala Palacio Real, La Cathedral De La Almudena 15- 20 minutes walking distance to Museo del Prado, Botanical Gardens and Plaza de la Cibeles, I cannot say enough good things about the people running this establishment, Janette thanks for all the help you gave me while I stayed there, Hope to see you again soon, Alfred

Property was clean, safe and staff was very friendly. Central area so right in the heart of Madrid - some may find it bit noisy but I didn't mind it.

The hotel was very convenient, since it is a block away from plaza mayor and you can walk to many attractions. Train stations are close enough (around 6 min) and the room was good enough and clean. The bed was really confortable. You might miss a small fridge if you are there for a longer period, but for a couple days it was ok. Definetely recommend this hostal.
