The property had the smell of mold throughout. There were holes that were plugged up with toilet paper. As I am a disabled person I asked for a room on the bottom floor, and was given a room on the third floor, which meet my walking almost impossible.

Great location

This was my first stay at the Seabony. It’s dated but clean. The blankets are thin, which means they are being washed so no complaints there. If they got rid of the carpet it would be a perfect hidden gem.

Our room 602 had a beautiful oceanfront view. the room needs upgrading but for the price, the view is 10 out of 10. If you can't take the steps, inform the front desk staff at check-in.

The property is ocean front which was amazing! It also has excellent proximity to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. That being said the property is not well maintained and is showing its age with multiple areas beyond repair. The room had a very powerful musty odour and visible mold on surfaces in the bathroom as well as lamp shades. Unfortunately I cannot recommend as I believe staying there is a health hazard. The pictures of the property do not reflect the actual state of the property and are very deceiving.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews left by other guests, to the point that I was sure I'd end up cancelling once I got there and booking at another place. However, I was pleasantly surprised at check in and even more surprised when we entered our very clean and nice room. The view was excellent and our stay was better than I expected. So, yo all the hater's that gave this place a bad review; I say stop exaggerating about how horrible you think this place is. Because it's actually pretty nice!!!

The property was clean. The pictures listed in Expedia for this hotel are not even close to what it is. Forget those pretty green bed over lays. I think they probably made them into room shades which by the way did not go up or down or stay up defeating the money you pay for an oceanfront property. There is a large sand dune In front of the property do not stay on the first floor you won’t be able to see the ocean. Stayed in September 2024. It wasn’t horrible. It was livable, but I would not stay again. The old saying you get what you pay for.

I originally booked a pool view room in the app but was given a different room on the street side. The nice girl at the front desk changed our room to a pool view with no problem or attitude. She was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and close to everything. Price was very affordable and plenty of parking. Will probably book here again next year for bike week.

The interior was mostly dated, the carpet kind of felt damp, but it had the basic necessities that you would expect in a motel. The beds were not the most comfortable. The water pressure from the shower head was poor. Very convenient location to walk onto the beach and close walking distance to various restaurants and activities to do. Wouldn’t go back as I would’ve preferred more comfort but if you’re looking to not spend much time in there and aren’t particular about feeling comfortable, it’s fine.
