Moyen mais plage tout proche

Avis mitigé, un petit lit double au lieu de deux lits simples, pas de wifi dans la chambre, nourriture sous forme de buffet peu variée (en 5 soir même pas une paella), absence de choix local. Les fumeurs sur les balcons des chambres sont insupportables. Stationnement facile, bon choix dans les boissons, belle plage de sable accessible directement en 5 minutes à pied. Rien à dire sur la propriété.

When we arrived, the gentlemen in reception was not friendly at all. I had said on my booking notes that I have 2 children and on their notes said 2 infants. After we paid the extra £200 pounds we got direct to a room with 2 travel cots, after the whole process taking over 2 hours to check in resulting us going to bed at 3 am. Everyone was friendly in the hotel.

Para ser un hotel familiar le hace falta por lo menos una nevera en la habitación ya que con niños siempre tienes que tener algo fresco. Cada día la comida variaba sutilmente personal amable y las actividades para los niños muy bien el ruido no me molestó y lo mejor no iba nadie borracho pero los mayores no respetan y fuman por todos lados aunque hayan niños... En fin hotel normal🙂

Très bien. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec mon compagnon et la fille. Les piscines étaient froides mais sinon tout était super. L'équipe est très gentille. L'offre petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner est très bien

You get what you pay for. It is cheap, noisy, incredibly noisy restaurant, very low ceilings and uncomfortable to be in to eat, way too small for the amount of people. Same with the shuttle that is provided to go to the beach, way too small for the amount of people that are on the hotel. Thin walls, you hear everything from the other rooms, including fights btw the couples, very awful. However, again, you get what you pay for. Cheap in every way.

Poor quality

I do Not recommend it at all. Very noisy room all the time mainly during the night - impossible to get sleep before 1am. Very, very poor quality of food and drinks. Nice staff but some of them need a training to work with guests. Pools are great mainly for kids as it were the only good point in this hotel.

Rapport qualité-prix pour des vacances en famille.

Idéalement situé, petit commerce à 15 minutes à pied, jolie plage pas très loin, calaDomingo super ! L'hôtel est semblable à tous les hôtels 3 étoiles de la région, petit point négatif sur la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant qui était médiocre :( Les cocktails par contre était largement dosé en alcool :)

Maden var virkelig ringe og restauranten var forfærdelig at sidde i grundet akustikken. Man kunne slet ikke sidde og have en samtale grundet larm. Flere ting gav ikke mening, såsom at man ikke måtte få kaffe i restauranten, selvom der var kaffemaskiner. Børneaktiviteter var OK, men dyre. Fx kostede en aktivitet hurtigt 10 euro pr barn. Havde været rart med besked om priser og at man skulle have kontanter med for at børnene deltog i dem. Fine pool faciliteter. Forventer man en ferie med afslapning og god mad bliver man skuffet.

Zimmer waren immer sauber!! Alles ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen aber es war ok, weil man nicht wirklich viel im Zimmer ist. Draußen ist alles sehr alt, und wirklich nicht schön. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum Frühstücken und zum Schlafen genutzt und waren 2-3 mal am Pool, wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet und haben unsere Tage komplett außerhalb des Hotels verbracht weil die Atmosphäre einfach nicht schön ist und entspannen nicht möglich ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Die Pools sind ok, aber überfüllt und dann macht es keinen Spaß. Essen war für uns wirklich eine Katastrophe, es ist soo laut und es sind einfach zuviel Menschen auf einem Haufen. Wir haben dadurch leider nur das Frühstück in Anspruch genommen und 1-2 mal Mittagessen. Abends mussten wir leider jeden Abend essen gehen. Kinder oder Familie ist alles kein Problem, aber leider war dieses Hotel für uns nicht geeignet. Wir haben viel Geld bezahlt und durch die Umstände nochmal viel Geld bezahlt um Abends in Ruhe essen zu können. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen.

Das Hotel war maßlos überlaufen, die Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Schimmel an der Decke im Bad, zumindest in Zimmer Nummer 121. Die Pools viel zu voll und schließen um 18:00/ 19:00 Uhr, viel zu früh.Das Essen geht so, immer das selbe und auch nichts besonderes eine 4 von 10 Sternen. Jede Aktion für die Kinder kostet extra Geld für ein AllIn Hotel nicht gerade passend. Das Hotel liegt abseits von allem ohne eigenen PKW ist es schlecht irgendwo hinzukommen, die nächste kleine Stadt 22 min Fußweg mit kleinen Kindern in der Hitze unmöglich .Der Shuttle vom Hotel gnadenlos ausgelastet man bekommt keinen Platz die Leuten stürzten sich darauf .Im Großen und Ganzen viel zu teuer das Hotel, für den Service der da angeboten wird . Werde es nicht mehr buchen bin echt enttäuscht.

Over all we had a great stay. Fantastic pool area close to the bar. There was a LOT of sun beds but not enough umbrellas. The hotel policy of no reserving of sun beds was mostly followed. It says that smoking is not allowed. But everywere you went you could smell cigarette smoke. Motstöt by the pool and in front of the stage area during the shows. Which for me With kids is not so nice! We staten for ten days and the food was pretty much the same every day. So after three days we would have loved having something else. The rooftop in our bathroom was moldy. And in the shower there was a hole in the roof which leaked water down in to the tub. There was only three electrical outlets in the room. One beside the bed, one in the bathroom and one up by the ceeling for the tv. Not even one per person.

There are positives, such as both pool areas were kept pretty clean, the housekeeping staff were very helpful, SOME of the reception and bar staff also and parts of the menu were cooked well. Would I visit again? No, it wasn’t awful, but it just wasn’t for us. There were areas of the hotel that really needed updating and refreshing, the menu was very ‘samey’, with nothing that exotic or ‘local’ to the island. The dining room experience was just chaos! Granted, we visited at the busiest time of the year, but there were families who couldn’t find a table to sit at and eat and it was very much herding everyone in, around the dining areas and then out and it was beyond noisy. The glasses in the dining room were often not clean and the wine available with the all inclusive package was like vinegar. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable either, very basic mattress with minimal bedding. I think one of the biggest things was that there needed to be more ‘no -smoking’ areas. We had to move where we were seated several times, either on the sunbeds, or to watch the evening show, due to the fact that you would be pretty much sitting on top of each other and there was no restriction as to where smokers could ‘light up’. Life guards? Not really! I think a very basic meet and greet would also have gone down well. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the nearest town was just like buttons and the passport control at Palma airport was sooooo disorganised, we almost missed our flight.
