I got to the reception about 5 minutes to my check in time and i was told that I could not be checked in early unless i pay an early check in fee. I understood and decided to wait for 5 more minutes for my time to be up. When it was my scheduled time, they wasted my time trying to get someone to check me in and get me keys. I stood here waiting for about 10 minutes. I thought they would check me in on time after telling me I was early and had to pay early check in fees if I needed to be cheed in at that time (5 minutes earlier). The elevator was not working after I was finally checked in. I had to use the staircase only to find out my key was not working when I made it to my door. I had to take the staircase down and get the key fixed before going back up. That was terrible. And they were just smiling as if I was not inconvenienced. The receptionist also said my room number out loud. That is not a safe thing to do.

I didn’t stayed the entire time due to the building being remodeled and others inconveniences there wasn’t a room ready to check in, when there was one it was without tv, no soaps and short of towles, after that I have to check out ahead of time for fire alarm going off and either fire department or the staff unable to mange it, made me wait for hours to check me out since Expedia was responding as the same as Generali insurance company, it was so terrible the experience also with them, 0% recommendations as a travel app. helper.

The smell in the hallway was as if someone was smoking right in the hallway. The walls in the rooms had paint or crayon marks. The shower looked dirty.

Repeated knocks on the door with people saying the desk had given them our room. One am we had a loud knock saying maintenance, then bamging on the walls next to us. Tried contacting the front desk repeatedly, no answer and the one answer i got i was hung up on.. we left amd went to another's hotel just to get some sleep. No refund was offered from the front desk, and they said i didnt complain to them. How can i when i cant reach anyone.

How wrongful putting me and my husband and my son that have special needs out of they hotel and they never gave me back my $150 deposit from them the people working there are trouble when you don't smoke inside their love to put the blame on you its not family friendly or kid friendly I will never bring my family back at motel 6 on nates road I'm still waiting on my $150 deposit

The staff were very kind and friendly but the place was very dirty, I asked for none smoking room because I have severe allergies to cigarettes, unfortunately every room they have smells like cigarettes really strong, I ended up leaving very early in the morning I just couldn’t tolerate the smell

Worst experience at a hotel ever and I travel a lot I got to the room and nothing worked the bathroom door didn’t close no heat or hot water hallways smell like dog urine drugs were found in the room I believe drugs were sold out of the back of the hotel and the employees know about it and they all smoke weed outside the hotel during the day wouldn’t give toilet paper and then to top it all off I paid on Expedia but for some reason they charged my card 2 different transactions of $200 right before the holidays trying to screw me over I cannot believe this hotel is even in business
