I loved the antique touches with the cabin americana feel. Charming place. Would definitely choose this place to stay another time. Would recommend to others. Very tidy. Loved it. Price was fair also.

An older property with a historic past that provides a simpler yet clean and efficient guest experience. Perfect for travelers who don't expect their hotel/motel to entertain them but will be spending most of their stay touring nearby towns and villages and events.

We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse Hotel in Richfield Springs with our family and our dog. The location was perfect for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and exploring Cooperstown—just a short, scenic drive away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We really appreciated the freedom to use the shared kitchen and loved helping ourselves to fresh coffee each morning. Sabina checked us in and was incredibly kind and helpful. She recommended we dine at their Lake House restaurant, we enjoyed a delicious meal while watching a beautiful sunset over the lake and listening to live music. Highly recommend this spot for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay near Cooperstown!

My family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice. We were also able to access the Lakehouse area, which was beautiful. My son and I played catch next to the lake in a spacious grassy area and the atmosphere added to the experience. As for the room, it was cozy, but clean and all three beds had firm mattresses, and we were pleasantly surprised to find they had a television for my son when we made it back with all of the subscription channels available if you were a member of them. All in all, this place deserves better reviews than the ones I read prior to coming here and I hope this review helps future guests choose this as the place for them to stay.

We needed a room with 3 beds and the room met those needs with 3 queen beds and private bath. Easy entry with no steps since one of us is handicapped. Our stay was great and we try to make it back each year when we visit relatives in Richfield Springs.

Baseball or Bust?

Cool place. The pics made it look like we had the upstairs and downstairs to ourselves but there were at least 5 units in the space that shared the downstairs kitchenette area. Also, you had to notify them 24 hrs in advance of your arrival (which we did not do) and spent 25 minutes trying to contact someone. Beds were clean and comfy. Shower is awesome. The bathroom trash hadn’t been dumped so it was a little offsetting to see someone else’s dental floss and spit cups, but it was probably just an over site. Beautiful drive from Cooperstown.

Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.

We were not prepared for the isolation of the location, the lack of facilities, ie. no main office where you could get snacks. We put some water in the kitchen refrigerator area and one was taken by another guest. The temperature was in the mid 80's and very humid, and the air conditioning was not on when we arrived. It took awhile to cool it down. We ended up leaving after the first night because it wasn't very pleasant. We did like the wood paneling in the rooms. Very rustic.
