We stayed a whole week and toured all over the Everglades, the Keys, and Biscayne National Park. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be kind and courteous. The free breakfast helped get us get going every morning. I would definately recommend as a central point for touring all the parks and beaches while staying out of Miami and all its traffic!!

Check in still took 10 mins even after booking thru Expedia. Also, Expedia showed availability for a king suite when there was actually none. Was given 2 queen and sofa beds which worked out fine anyways

The hotel was nice and service was good but it only had 1 of 2 elevators working. Which means it took forever to catch an elevator. The staff was using the elevator as well so there were times you couldn’t even get on the elevator. There was no range to cook on, only 2 microwaves. So a little disappointed.
