The gym was relatively small but the selection of equipment was decent with them able to be converted. However, I could not worko ut how to get the AC working in there!

Dirty walls at the bathroom, specially around the sink, a lot of stains on carpet, really bad WiFi and the reception didn’t reply on emails (tried to contact the hotel three times). We had a room on a high floor with excellent views of the city we have lived in for a while and never seen it from this angle. Close to southbank which was jumping with Christmas activities. Room was excellent size (studio) with all the things there for a long stay - we only had a short staycation. Car parking trouble free and quick checkin.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean - The loungeroom had block out blinds but the bedrooms didn't so the night lights shone in and you were up when the sun came up!!. Soap dispensers in the shower were a good idea however they needed repair. Pool and Gym area were good. Would I stay again? If small changes were made Yes.

Great property generally speaking. Unfortunately we were put in a room facing the Main Street at the front of the property which was obviously part of the old building and a little dated compared to the rest of the property. It was also quite loud being on the street - I suspect this was because we checked in quite late in the evening. Otherwise, quite nice, friendly staff and good coffee downstairs!!
