首晚到達酒店發現沒有冷氣，接待員只提供了吹風機給我。幸好再三要求才換到有冷氣的房間。但廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗手盤更在廳內！環境很差，即使有服務員打掃、但我跟同行人總是覺得有野咬，皮膚很痕。假如問我會否再來，不要跟我開玩笑！可惜的是在Expedia's中搜尋到如此惡劣的酒店非常失望！不明白為何有高評分，完全沒有可能給予高分及好評！

I understand that the hotel is rather old and there is no elevators. However, I was very upset about being arranged to the top floor (very difficult for moving the luggage upstairs especially with the very small stair space and inaccurate instruction given by the check-in personnel...) The TV and toilet were not functional in my room.

飯店的位置非常好~但住宿的環境和價格無法讓人滿意~房間非常小~床鋪竟然要自己開口才會幫忙換新?!隔音設備很差~可以不時聽到左邊樓梯上下走路的聲音~樓上小嬰兒整晚的哭聲~右邊早上做x的叫聲~因為剛好在熱浪的一周抵達~房間只有電風扇可以吹有點悶熱~感覺像學生宿舍沒有三星的價值

A 3-bed room is no good for a 4-member family to stay. Especially 4 big pcs of luggages. No lift kills us when moving lugguages down to the basement without any help.

Sleepless stay

The room itself (room 100) was on the surface lovely and well set out for a family of 5. It had a double bed, sofa bed and single bed - all comfortable. The check in was swift and the staff friendly. The room looked lovely and the kids were impressed and whilst we heard tbe rumble of trains from below, we thought it was manageable. That was until we returned from watching a show just before 11pm. We all got settled in but the noise from upstairs made it difficult to fall asleep, constant movement of furniture, loud bangs. We assumed it would quieten down but even at 1am and 2am it kept going on and when we finally fell asleep it happened again at 3.15am...I should add that the room we had was just below the reception and bar area, the rest of the rooms might have been good but I would not recommend anyone use the family /room for 5 here. We did bring this up with the receptionist who did apologise and would bring it up. However, it did mean we all were very blurry eyed the following day and not at all recharged for a tourist day in London. We may just have lucked out with our room. It is ideally located with access to King's Cross though so if you can get a room upstairs you should be fine.

Convenient location and clean rooms

Very convenient for the stations. Stair areas are quite shabby but the room is comfortable and clean. Plenty of amenities. There is no lift so a room on the third floor gives you a good workout.

Hugely Dissappointing- check you get correct room!

Paid for large room, received small room next door to reception. Got about 2 hours sleep, it was unbelievably noisey with doors slamming, the bed was rock hard and all in all really disappointing. The only positive is the hotels proximity to the train station.

Hostel at hotel prices

First off the staff is GREAT! Very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Minutes from Kings Cross Station. Beds were comfortable. However, the room had the feel of a glorified hostel. We had the small double. Only place to put luggage is under the bed. Bathroom is en suite and small, with tub/shower combo and half glass door which means water on the floor. Propped the room door open to get cool air. AC in lobby/lounge area offered much needed break from the heat. Building is very chopped up. Staircases and halls are narrow. Not for people with any mobility issues. Regularly heard a noise that we think was the tube since we were in a lower level room and so close to the station. Did not impact sleep since we had the fan going all night.

Great location/Terrible mattress

Great location! We stayed on the 1st floor and it was obvious that the tube was right below us as we could hear/feel it but it wasn't too bad. The mattress however was terrible. Otherwise it was a nice enough hotel with a cute patio area.
