We stayed for one night to get away and it was perfect. Despite the slight winds and chilly weather, the pool was perfectly heated. Loved the proximity to the main street shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again for a longer stay.

The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. The patio was beautiful, but could use some new furnishings. The staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

There's no staff - you have to go next door. It's not far, but also an inconvenience. My room was pretty dirty - although my friend was staying there and had a much nicer room. Nice pool. Great location. Cool building.

Bathrooms could use an upgrade. Rusty items. We ended up changing rooms as our room as noisy and lots of hair on the shower walls and rusty items. also AC and television weren’t working well. Second room was better through still a bit outdated. However entire staff is very nice, and helpful.

The 2 things that stand out are the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. Always great to talk to and great for information or help with something. The other special thing is that the place is very 1940s cool, an actual midcentury modern resort built by William Cody (with modern updates of course) They have a free continental breakfast at their sister property next door.

They offer spa and food thru their neighboring sister property, not actually on site, but it’s around the corner walk. We didn’t have hot water one day. They tried to fix it, comped us the ~60 resort fee, but we did have to cancel some plans. It’s ok. Safe and clean, but old and needs some love. Staff is wonderful, but working against a fixer upper property.

We stayed in the Hope & Crosby room. The room was dirty with layers of dust and hair throughout. Black stain on bed comforter, and stains on towels (had to get clean towels). The bathroom floor was so dirty that the bath mat turned black after it got wet from the shower. We paid a higher price for mountain views. The balcony floor and furniture were dirty and stained, so we did not sit outside. Also, the balcony had frosted glass panels, so you could only see the mountain if you were standing. Luckily, we stayed only one night. Continental breakfast was good, and the location is ideal. We stayed at this hotel in 2022 in a different room, and it was so charming and clean. It now has a new owner, and the property has suffered greatly. The pool area is still decent with beautiful views.

Room was large but bathroom small. Ok sound-proofing. We ran out of hot water one day not sure what that was about. Had a great view! The area was quiet and safe but close to the main street action. The free breakfast was in the hotel next store. The limited hours of the front desk was drawback but the sister hotel was available to assist.

We were greeted by friendly staff and escorted to our room after a seamless check-in. This property has a fantastic mid-century feel and is walkable to downtown restaurants, night clubs, and attractions. I wouldn’t hesitate recommend this hotel and would gladly book here again.

We just had to toggle abit as we were unaware there was no staff working at this location. We walked next door to the sister hotel, which wasn’t far and checked in there. We wish the room smelled better- it was musty. The hotel itself is really cute- med century revival and would definitely like to stay again, once new management takes over officially.
