It said family oriented but seemed more like a party hotel. That's great, if you are there for that. I was there for with my 2 small children, one of whom was just discharged from the hospital. I would totally recommend it if you're out to enjoy L.A and party. Do not recommend it with children.

This hotel has friendly staff that can help you with answers or concerns you may have. The rooms are very clean, the shower is clean with plenty of towels. The valet is an easy process. One of my favorite hotels in Downtown LA. I highly recommend this hotel and room views are nice. I always feel safe and secure here.
