Room not maintained. Light bulbs out, light fixtures unplugged, tub drain stopped up, doors would not close or open without extra effort or not at all. Refrigerator never cooled down even after 12 hours. On a good note bed was very comfy and a/c worked great with minimal noise!! Staff was very helpful in making things better.

Snow not plowed!

The parking lot was not plowed. I had to carry my luggage on my shoulder. My feet were tripped up by deep tire tracks.

Great value!

Great value place to stay for all those on a budget. New owner is doing a complete remodel / update on all rooms including new paint, new furniture, new appliances, etc. Pet friendly with minimal charge for pets. Highly recommended no-frills place to stay.

The room was very clean, but there were many minor things wrong, The whole hotel needed to be renewed, the floor was uneven, the refridgerator wasn't quite cold enough, the sheets were a little too small for the beds and kept popping off. When I arrived to check in, a phone number was posted on the door to call. Really?

Rodeway Inn & Suites Raton, New Mexico Review

This is a very old property so don't expect too much. The check-in went smoothly and the manager was pleasant. The room was clean. The bathroom showed its age and the bathtub drained very slowly. Never could get the TV to work properly as only one channel would work. But the A/C kept the room cool.

The room was nice and clean but the toilet in the bathroom was not working properly. The shower tub combo did not have any safety features. The floor of the tub was slippery and we both almost slipped and fell when using the shower.

Worst place I've seen

Worst place I've ever stayed at. Open electrical box with wires above sink. Smell of a very old building. Didn't even see a fire alarm. None of the furniture matches. Had I not already paid I would not have stayed. ONLY thing this place is good for is to shower and bed.
