Both beds too soft, one had side where you would roll off bed. Bath wall had strange brown smear near towel rack. Sink stopper not working. Otherwise clean and presentable. Very pleasant breakfast and serving staff.

Buena opción económica. La atención y las comodidades son acordes al precio, aunque podrían mejorar con un poco de voluntad y revisando periódicamente las habitaciones. La mampara del baño hacía mucho ruido y la luz no funcionaba. El colchón no era demasiado cómodo. El desayuno es bueno, hay 5 opciones para elegir y lo hacen en el momento. La ubicación dentro de todo es buena, a 7 cuadras de la playa aprox. Pedí extensión del check out y nunca me contestaron. En definitiva para unos pocos días está bien.

Très beau B&B calme et à proximité d’Ocean Eleven

Très chouette B&B près d’Ocean Eleven. La chambre est suffisamment grande pour une ou deux nuit. Il manque de chaise par contre, de place pour mettre ses vêtements. Le cadre et décor de l’hôtel (patio) est très beau. C’est agréable d’avoir de l’eau dans les chambres et un frigo. Dommage qu’au petit déjeuner on doive choisir entre les œufs ou le pancake et qu’on ait pas la possibilité de prendre les deux 😉 Personnel sympathique

Nice bed&breakfast in a good area. We loved the proximity to South Beach. We used the parking garage down the street and paid $20 for 24hours, not bad for the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast. Good experience and would definitely recommend.

Ein kleines aber sehr feines B&B

Es war alles sehr entspannend. Da ich erst nach 20:00 angereist bin, konnte ich trotzdem einchecken. Gosia hat es für mich möglich gemacht. Das Frühstück, welches man von der Karte bestellen konnte war echt top. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Carlos hat sich sehr lieb um alles und jeden gekümmert. Das Personal war sehr nett! In der Beschreibung stand, dass es eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung gibt. Das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Das war aber auch nicht weiter schlimm. Vom Hotel kommt man zu Fuss gut überall hin. Der Ocean Dr ist nicht weit weg. Der Strand war wunderbar. Man konnte sich vom Hotel auch Strandtücher geben lassen. Wenn ich wieder mal in Miami sein sollte, buche ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort ;-)

Lovely B&B in South Beach

We loved this cute B&B. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's only a short walk away from Ocean Drive and the beach. The room was well maintained and very clean. And the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Although slightly on the small side the room were clean, tidy and modern. As the property is basically a converted large house we expected to hear a lot of noise from other rooms and communal area but it was in fact very quiet. Set in a quiet residential area there is ample free roadside parking and very conveniently situated for the beach and ocean drive. The free cooked to order breakfast was really good. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Unique

The only negative thing I can say is having the to park in a garage a block away & pay for said parking. However, the location is great if you plan on staying for a few days (or more) because there is a lot of cool things to do in walking distance. I was just there to sleep for one night because I was coming from TN & boarding a cruise the next morning. Breakfast is included & made to order. The customers service was exceptional. I will keep them in mind for any future trips to Miami. Affordable price for a lovely stay.
