Home2 suites is a good option if you want to be near thanksgiving point as it is a very close drive and a passable walk if you’re up for that. While there is not too much to do in the immediate area of the hotel without a car, it’s a nice area to be in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The gym had a few things to get a workout in, though I didn’t try the pool. While nothing outstanding, the breakfast was free and filling and had a decent selection of warm options. The room itself was nice and spacious with a nice bed and pillows. The bathrooms had everything you would want and need, and can request toothpaste in the lobby in case you forgot your own (along with a small selection of snacks and other items for purchase). The tv had shows and games and the couch and desk space made things practical. Overall my stay was pleasant and if I need to be in the area I’d pick it again.

Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and couldn’t lock. I would say not a huge deal, except this is the second time that this has been the case staying at this hotel. A previous time, we had the same issue. The breakfast was very mediocre. Cold eggs, and not enough food or plates for all guests. However, the staff at this location are awesome!! Super kind and as helpful as can be with their limited resources.
