We didn’t get any sleep on Saturday night. People were yelling obscenities, throwing furniture, screaming at each other, and slamming doors. It went on for 4-5 hours. We asked for our money back but did not get it. We did not stay the second night, and of course will never go back. Management did nothing and made us wait 1/2 hour to check out. Judy & Tom Ryan

The bathroom door was hard to open and close. The ironing board was broken, the hair dryer needs a blocker because it sucked in my hair, I have long hair. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. It was great to have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The drawer space was good. The bathroom was great I really enjoyed my stay, especially since I could walk across the street from the bar.

We liked nothing at all about the Oswego Inn & Suites as it is falsely advertised. It’s an old 2 story house. It appears to never been updated to accommodate modern day travelers. Our room was on the second floor. There are no elevators, only creaking steep stairs. Door locks are manual key operated. The mattresses are made up of 2 double beds, one with a box spring covered with a rubber material zipper sack that we could not sleep on and the other bed was the top mattress of the set which was covered with the same type sack. The beds did have sheets, pillows and blankets. My wife and I had to share one bed! The air conditioner was a window type unit that was wall mounted and did not blow any cold air. We asked for a better room but was told by the manager that it was not possible because the (Inn) was fully booked. But our vehicle was the only vehicle in the parking lot for 2 days. He explained that all the rooms were booked by people that just walked in from the street without cars or luggage. All amenities that were advertised were not available. So please, please do not stay at the “Oswego Inn & Suites “!!! Hopefully Expedia.com will investigate the deceitful property and remove it from their recommended stay list. I have photos but a complete, in-depth investigation by the BB, Town code enforcement officer and Fire Marshal will show more than my pictures.

do not recommend

my partner and i rented a room here for a weekend getaway trip, was very unsatisfied with the condition of the room and environment so we checked out 30 minutes after checking in and found a room elsewhere

It was a sweet homey place. However, The bed had plastic under the sheet - it was uncomfortable and loud. There was bright light that came through the curtains throughout the night.
