I went to ask for a small bottle of shampoo. They had some for sale. This Motel 6 had been an older abandoned motel they renovated. There still was a very faint smell.

Clean ! My room at first ac wasn’t working as soon as I told them we were switched into a new room no questions asked ! Very nice and clean !

The property is being renovated and as such, it was not in perfect shape as far as “eye appeal” goes. The room itself was very adequate and comfortable. I would stay here again if traveling through Dumas at a future date. The staff was excellent in all ways.

The property owner has initiated beneficial remodeling project, and it now looks very modern. For example, 5G dependable Wi Fi. USB charger next to bed and many more features. Excellent price for a business traveler who has budget restrictions.

Well the room.was ok some hair in bathroom. When i needed to stay another night first person was great but the next day i was getting ready to check out. Check out was at 11 and as i loaded my car they locked me out of room at 10am and i had to get key fixed to finish loading up and before i even turned in my key i was going to go uae the bathroom before checking out and they were already in my room so i handed in my key and left very nasty. If u say check out ks 11 why kicking me out at 10.

Staff (owners?) were super nice. They just acquired the property and are currently renovating. The rooms we had were brand new! The place will be great once their finished!

staff was nice, bed was comfy. hotel is still being renovated so felt a little weird staying here, felt like price should be discounted more for that. heater unit was older so pretty loud during the night. for a pit stop it was fine.

It was obviously freshly built which was a pro and a con. The inner patio area was strange, tree and carpet, not sure whag theyre going for there. My fridge froze everything inside. Otherwise it was good for the cost, clean and quiter than my other stays this trip.
