Grand mother was in the hospital. And manager would not refund my money. I know the Hotel business is a little slow. But you would think the manager would have a heart and understand my situation. But enjoy the revenue. i will not be booking a stay here ever again. Thank you !

Place is great value, very good location, we have stayed multiple times. Last visit they were doing more renovations. Breakfast was fine! I like getting my own tea and the waffles, fruit and yogurt is great! My husband likes the eggs and sausage.

Old but fairly clean room. Comfortable bed. Dead bug on the ceiling and hair on my towel was less than great. No USB outlets. Very loud door closures that alerted you to any activity in the hallway but overall the temperature of the room was kept comfortable without any on/off noise and I slept comfortably in the bed. Not something I would recommend but not terrible

Had strong smell of bleach. Did not originally accommodate room request to be in a quiet area, but instead placed my room next to the lobby. Staff was accommodating and did reassign the room. Room was clean, but door had a large gap from the frame and did not feel safe, especially with people walking in and out of side doors on ground level. Ended up checking out early and not staying due to discomfort. Would not book again.

The property was clean inside and out, the breakfast bar and area was kept tidy and filled, the staff was helpful and friendly. My only issue was the mirrored lighting in the bathroom. Being a woman, I found it rather dark and shadowy, terrible for makeup application.
