I was told that I should be careful with my back bag while having my breakfast because someone could steal it. It has happened! The hotel is not that clean, the bathrooms are dirty and everyday room service is quite poor. The towels are so old that you can use them as a “file” to remove dead skin. There is no tissue. Toilet paper is very cheap. The hotel is only good for a night. I regret choosing it for 10 nights. I was quite disappointed with the hotel as Slavieiro is/was a good brand. Staff needs better training and also to understand how to properly deal with customers.

Ao reservar o hotel, informam que há estacionamento, porém ao chegar na recepção para fazer o check in informam que não há vaga de estacionamento disponível fazendo com que eu tivesse que deixar o meu veículo na rua, pois na rua do hotel não há outros estacionamentos. Outro ponto, fiz o check in antecipado justamente para agilizar o check in mas ao chegar na recepção tive que preencher todos os dados novamente. Itens no quarto necessitam de reparos como por exemplo o quadro de luz que estava quebrado.
