Don't do it!

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

La propreté y était mais la qualité des autres prestations pas du tout , à part la disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil. la salle d'eau n'a pas de porte, et le matériel était cassé donc difficile de l'utiliser correctement . L'état du bâtiment ne donne pas envie d'y entrer, et le petit déjeuner laisse désirer ... Je n'y retournerais pas , l'étoile affichée me fait dire qu'elle a du être attribuée il y a longtemps ...

Globalement, le séjour était correct, le personnel, excellent très accueillant et souriant, les chambres propres, mais gros bémol pour les lits doubles qui en fait sont deux matelas simples qui laisse un grand espace au milieu, les matelas ne sont pas confortable, nous avons mal dormi et avons mal au dos. Le parking est facile d’accès. Le restaurant est très bien le petit déjeuner simple mais bon.L’hôtel est un très bon rapport qualité prix.
