The room was clean and spacious, the hotel itself was clean. But the pool area is being used as some sort of storage and so the pool is not functioning. None of the vending machines worked, and the free breakfast was less than desirable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also the towels in our room were stained, but they had been washed so they were clean. It seems like they dont have the financial support they need to keep up with everything.

I was a little nervous about booking this hotel because of some of the other reviews I read. I am So glad I did book it because it was so nice ! The room Was clean and beds were comfy. I booked a room in the tower. My husband has Parkinsons and mobility is an issue. We were told our room had been changed due to a problem with lightning. We were moved to a 2nd floor room( stairs) and then the key did not work. Tried ro move us to a room 3 doors down- it wasnt clwan ( it was 10:"pm. Moved us to 109 ( back down stairs)- no cable- no tv. Sink had water standing and a fly on it. Breakfast had no butter or jelly or cr cheese for bread and bagels. I would like a 50% refund on the orice of the room.
