I staying in 4 hotels on this trip, the other 3 were better. There were cars apart in the parking lot, the room had mountings in the bathroom and the tube that had nothing on them. There was no paperwork - nothing. The internet password was missing, I asked, got a verbal answer, that did not work. This was NOT the cheapest hotel available and had a "7" rating. It really was barely acceptable and really overall poor. The poorest of the 4 hotels I stayed in during this trip

Very Disappointed

We got the room because of winter weather and the HWY being closed. The room was filthy. The bedding had not been changed and it was obvious due to the dirt and crumbs left in the sheets. The bathroom was gross. There was poop left on the toilet. This place has gone way down.

I was just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours and it was really late when I got there. The lady that checked me in was super nice! Especially considering how late it was. Also I was able to brew a whole pot of coffee and hit the road.

The heater did not work, the room was cold (luke warm) the whole stay. The toilet was tricky to flush, the toilet paper holder was broken and the floor outside the shower was buckled.

When we got in the room, the bathroom was missing toilet paper, the Toilet seat was a disaster and we had to clean it to use. and we noticed Black spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and realized it was mold. The overall room was decent. Looks like it was recently remodeled. The attendant did bring toilet paper as soon as we made him aware.

Looked like a chop shop when we drove into the parking, the tv only had sound call the office no answer so we tried to sign into wifi and that didnt work either. We ginally get through to someone by calling the #on the poster on the door and the lady said she would send the maintenance guy over after his break......he never showed up. There was cracks in the ceiling, the toilet psper holder was broken, missing lights over vanity. Save your money this place is a dive.

Staff at the front desk was very nice. TV in the room didn't work, nor did internet. My neighbor's TV apparently worked, and I could hear it extremely well late into the night (so, thin walls). Found broken glass on the floor and just barely managed to avoid stepping on it in my bare feet. I love a bargain, but even I will pay more next time.
