Nice staff

A block from beach and staff was friendly. Close enough to shops but in a more quiet and residential area. Didn’t like that the check in place was 6 blocks away and you do not know until check in so if you are taking an Uber and have bags it’s a major inconvenience. Apartment was spacious and clean and the location really made this place.

Seaside and beachside are same owners do not stay

Do not recommend. It looks good but service and housekeeping are very rude and will not supply your room with enough towels or toilet paper. Has a mini counter stove but no pans or pots so bring your own. We had 3 women and were only allowed 3 towels no washclothes . Pool at seaside is dirty and hot, germ cesspool.

Horrible

I was very disappointed with the distance to check in and to my hotel. It was 10 blocks away walking. There are no restaurants near by. Most of the time I door dashed food. The toilet seat was broken, tv remote was not working. I was promised someone would come by and that never happened. People outside the hotel room, smoking and drinking at 3am. Woke up to a drunk lady sleeping on the chair. Definitely would never come back here.

Worst Place I've Ever Stayed

The suite was filthy. We had to clean the floors and surfaces. There was no dish soap or sponge in kitchen. There were no kitchen towels or bathroom face towels. There was 1 roll of toilet paper. The shower door had a 1/4 inch gap under it so water poured out all over the bathroom floor. The street parking is a joke. There are multi-story apartments and hotels one after the other down the street. We had to park blocks away. Even the paid parking lots were a couple of blocks away. The place was so bad that we looked for another place for our second night, but couldn't find one available. I would strongly discourage staying here.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a chill Miami getaway. The location is amazing—close enough to the action but far enough to get some rest. The staff were very friendly, the beach towels were a nice touch, and the room was cozy and bright. Plus, we loved having our morning coffee on the shared balcony.

We loved our stay at Beachside! The area felt safe and peaceful, just a short walk to the beach. The room was spotless, had a full kitchen, and the bed was super comfortable. We especially enjoyed the free cocktail hour at the sister property—such a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, we noticed the Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly in our room. We called the front desk and someone came up right away—it was fixed in minutes. Really appreciated the fast response! The room itself was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed how peaceful the neighborhood was.

There was a small mix-up with our check-in time, but as soon as we arrived the front desk staff fixed it right away with a smile. We barely waited, and they even offered us beach towels while we got settled. The room was great, the area was quiet, and we’ll definitely be back.

Everything about this place was amazing. The room felt like a little apartment, the kitchen came in super handy, and the location is unbeatable. Having free drinks in the evening was such a fun surprise! We felt really taken care of and appreciated how calm and clean everything was.

The description on the website of Hotels.com and Beachsidesuiteshotel.com of the amenities were not correct. The property was not clean. You only get cleaning service every 3 days. I had to switch rooms on the first day and got a room on the second floor of the property. There were lizards running around all night on the roof and it sound like they were inside the walls and disturbing our sleep. I had to buy utensils to cook with and dishware and glasses to eat and drink out of because the kitchen that is described as fully functional is not. The bedding linen was disgusting. The furniture appears as if it came from a second hand store and was filthy. The sofa and the kitchen chairs were the only thing we could sit on. The staff did a poor job of cleaning the room and floors. I had to kill a big cockroach/waterbug in the suite. We also were bitten by bed bugs. Yes, this property has bed bugs and me and my lady have photos to prove it because we have identical red bite marks on our ankles and legs. The staff tried to accommodate with moving us for the second time to a property several blocks away but we didn’t come on vacation to work and keep moving from property to property which meant we had to repack our bags and we had a lot of stuff and that would take away time from our enjoyment. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had on a vacation.

O recepcionista que nos atendeu foi ótimo. Contudo, tivermos vários problemas: A reserva não era no hotel beachside, ficamos hospedado a em outro local. O apto cheirava muito forte a canabis e estava sujo! Um absurdo! Não tinha toalha de piso. Controle da TV sem pilhas. Não tinha utensílios da cozinha. NÃO VALE A PENA!

I booked this because the published address at 7500 Collins Ave is near everything I wanted to do, however we were housed in a building @ 8320 Harding Ave which was 11 blocks north. I was excited about the pool which was 1.7 miles away at the Oceanside Hotel. And the free happy hour from 5-6 was ALSO at the Oceanside Hotel. I wouldn't book this again nor would I recommend.

If you like smelling mold go ahead other than that horrible..hardly no towels ..staff have attitudes..only good thing its by the beach other than that horrible...we basically just gave them Monday cause we didn't spend but one night we checked out and they still haven't released my 100 dollar deposit and that was over 2weeks ago

I liked that the property is located in a walkable neighborhood lots of good dinning options , quiet area . I didn’t like that the pools had way too much chloride it caused irrational to our kids skin and our eyes and nose were irritated after a day in the pool , and the kitchen light bulb was not working .
