The staff was very pleasant and nice. The place is old but the owner has done a lot to improve the place and numerous upgrades....it was very clean but lighting in the hallways are dim but the parking lot was very well lite up.The price was very accommodating.for a quick stay and go I would easily do again but would not take prom date there.Its location is perfect and can't get closer to the pier....overall a pretty cool place.

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. The parking and walkways to rooms have water puddles from rain and ac units. For the price and location you can't beat it. The rooms have a nice size fridge. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. You are just blocks from grocery store and fast food. It's nice and convenient. Nothing extremely fancy but nice enough.

The floor felt like it hadn't been swept at all. Had to wipe feet before getting in bed so the sand or dirt didn't get in the bed too. Close to the beach yes, but the noise of the traffic was horrible. No soap to wash hands with because you have to ask for it. Glad I had booked for one night. The curtain was a shade that had a gap so if someone wanted to look in they could. No walkable food options except the pier which had great food but if you wanted something else you had to Uber and prices were a bit high. Even Pizza Hut wouldn't deliver to the hotel. The name should've told me... Budget Inn means bare minimum room.

Horrible, Once I arrived to room and seen the condition. I checked out right away. This place should not be advertised on anyone one platform. I arrived from driving 5 hours and to go inside a room to see roaches, dirty linen, holes in the wall is unacceptable. I deserve a full refund.

The room was clean, and the beach was conveniently located across the street, although the road was very busy. The room amenities were very basic, with only a bar of soap provided. Towels had to be returned the following morning so they could be washed and reused. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it's a decent option for a one-night stay if you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to sleep.

The manager was very rude! Openly arguing with me. I paid the extra fee of $24. I paid and verified that I paid but because his system wasn’t showing it. He tried to make me run my card again. When I verified he still raised his voice at me saying his system doesn’t show it and I won’t be able to get the key without it. Finally I had to pay with cash (to ensure it was actually paid). He has his kids working the front desk as well. The facility is what you pay for. Just ok.
